The developers did this on purpose to make it a money suck.
if you went to play a game don't play this, if you went to read a 500 page book play this game. as for the loser who can't even reply to anything can you shut up and let me play the game

The raid PvP is not equal. How can I have 2000-2500 more team power than the opponent and lose within 4 to 5 moves??? There is no way some of these teams have such a low team power and beat players with way higher rankings, consistently. Game is becoming tiresome and more of a money grab. On the fence of deleting. I'm now 0 for 12 on raid pvp, and I chose pretty fair to my team power level. The opposition is way better then the team power rating. My computer defense team doesn't even win.
different 1-2 k power. but you can defeat easily. 1 5star hero, not max lvl can 1 hit your heroes easily. what a dumb game

Been playing 5 years or so, and its become a complete money grab. if you don't pay, you will never get anywhere. if you do play you waste it, and get frustrated. it's a horrible game. you should never download it. some players will get special treatment. some get nothing. they have their on way of saying you suck, your money's no good, and sorry no luck for you this month. Some get all the luck, others none. They have favorites.
it let me fight again for 100 gems I clicked no, the screen froze then it took my gems and put me in a fight I couldn't win. emailed support andnthey told.me to message support in game. yeah that makes sense. also nothing to do in game apart from click level up things

i am new did not know how it work my frien invite me so im still new but she told me i will get 10 days she will get if im on level 10 nothing come on just give us what we deserve please give us that vip i did jot start play for nothing was to help her and i was start to lime this game but now im sad
I have been playing this game for 7+ years, I have spent thousands of dollars in this game. I have built almost 200 5* heroes that are fully developed. I spend but much less and I can't compete, new very low level players can kill me. I am a level 108, there is no player loyalty. The pulls are more scarce than ever, when you do get something it is old and still can't compete. If you want to succeed in this game, you will need to spend a lot!! I feel like it is fixed, not worth playing.
Empires & Puzzles: Match-3 RPG is a very bad game. I have been playing for 3 years but never got a 5-star hero. Rewards are very poor and not helpful. Only a few free heroes in years, which is disappointing. Game is just time pass, no real benefit. Not recommended.Events are also weak and not engaging. There is nothing special that keeps players interested. The game feels repetitive and slow after some time. Combat is very slow and sometimes boring. Progress feels stuck unless you spend money
Stupid game I ever seen, i rates it ZERO. It's hard to get a legendary heroes, your prices are to hire. Fixed ride matches, Pay to win. Everything about this game makes no sense. It's just all about making money..

They want you to believe that the boards are all random, but that is nonsense. All you have to do is play the game and you can see that they are rigged. I've given this game way too much credit over the last 8 years. The devs have run it straight into the ground. All they care about is getting your money, not keeping the game fun or playable. So many people have left this pile of garbage. NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS GAME!!!!
Played for almost 7 years and I have to say I have met some amazing people on the game, however the game itself has just continued to get worse and worse over the years, especially when they added hero's like Bearnedette into the mix, it just makes the game completely unenjoyable, such a shame to see the game go from my game list but for my own sanity it had to be done.
the game is refusing to die.everytime you get a good hero by the time you level it and all of a sudden it's out dated. they are making to many hero's that can kill your hero's in one attack.
This is the longest forced tutorial that I have ever seen, and you can't access the menu to turn off the obnoxious music until you complete it. Uninstalling now.

So far I am at level 17. I have been playing for about 2 weeks. Its hard to see what ur doing with all the ads all over the Sides. moving around the map is almost impossible without hitting one of the ads. I'll keep updating
This was a great game but lately if you do not spend hundreds of dollars daily you will be left behind, weekly updates to force you to fill their pockets, by taking away everything that previously sped up upgrades now pay or stay behind, and if you do not buy, they simply alter your boards to prevent any achievements, since 2022 when they took over this game became only frustrating. even previous lower amounts to buy items is gone now, pathetic beggars for money.lately

I used to really love this app. but, something recently changed. and it is ONLY this app. the ads are stuck on "ads loading". it was fine a few days ago now suddenly, issues. and i have uninstalled, and reinstalled. I have done everything I can think of. all my other apps ads work...Just not this game. and I looked into it, i am not the only person with this issue. I even disabled any virus protections I have, to see if it was in me. it's not.
I lost all my progress (also spent some money in this game) with no possibly of getting any if it back.
l've been playing this game for 7 years by now .. almost I'm always frustrated but I keep playing .. I believe it's so ridiculous to make around 400 pulls and not get any worthy legendary hero .. the catch is that this game seems to be designed for two kind of players: money spenders who Always get strong legendary heroes and they role free to play players who get old or weaker legendary heroes and kept in the game to amuse money spenders
Update issues since require a .apk download instead of Play Store.
