Garbage game! 100% unbalanced new players literally have to fight max player and literally cannot ever win making the game pointless unless you spend money to max your characters out before player! Seriously why did y'all make the game like that,are you lazy or just incapable of using your brain! wasted my time in poor the game isn't for me obviously it's pay to win and that's sad!

been playing for years but finally uninstalled due to unfairly matching in wars and raids, overkill on the ads and boredom
This game is boring and slow
Total money grab. Horrible game balance, and a once relaxing game, has become the most stressful point of my day. All these years (7+) wasted that I'll never get back. Typical Zynga greed has ruined another great game. Even as an Elite VIP member they won't listen to your feedback, and your case manager won't even reply or return calls when you point out a glitch or ask a question. It's become a disgusting joke, and a total rip-off.
I got a new phone and it won't let me connect to my account. It instead, forced me to play the tutorial and basically play on a new account. it literally won't give me an option to even sign into my game

The game is all about money. You can spend years trying to be successful in this game, and it will still seek to make you obsolete. They don't make older heroes powerful. But If you are lucky enough (or spend enough) to get new ones, they will suddenly reduce their power in a matter of weeks (an illegal business practice called "bait and switch"). You will be obsolete $$$
Boring game. Too much time spent on tap this, tap that endlessly like 10 times. Just to play a very boring game.

don't waste your money on this game there was a Summer Solstice Portal 3.6% pulls for legendary character, made over 120 pulls and I didn't get not even one Legendary character, how is that even possible, I asked them about it and they said that its fair,how would we know if they rig the game or not, they want you to spend so the game is rigged often, nice game to play but don't spend and waste your money like me, that's definitely what they want.
it's a money pit
no longer a casual game... u will be full tilt trying to upgrade heros (which cant be done before new heros come out making the old ones obsolete). You will spend 18 mos waiting for buildings to be done, only to discover they cant produce what u need to level up heros. And you will play along with d bags in alliances who are basically tripping over worthless loot boxes on a power trip to kick out anyone who has a real life and doesnt play 24x7. This was a puzzle strategy game... not now.

This was a great game but lately if you do not spend hundreds of dollars daily you will be left behind, weekly updates to force you to fill their pockets, by taking away everything that previously sped up upgrades now pay or stay behind, and if you do not buy, they simply alter your boards to prevent any achievements, since 2022 when they took over this game became only frustrating. even previous lower amounts to buy items is gone now, pathetic beggars for money.lately ,nothing is free
Game big fixed a for a while. But now back to same old issue of unable to connect to server. Internet connectivity is fine, just can't connect and unable to play
old player, old heroes. game unbalanced with new heroes. unable to play pvp. game decides if you will win and populate boards accordingly. Summoning heroes is a gamble. gatchya style sales. Game very heavy into micro transactions. there is some free stuff but doesnt mean you get top tier heroes; 1% summon chance.

There is an expansion of dragons, but it's the same shtick. Uninstalled for mental health.

And don't tell me to zoom out, I already did. Out of 100% screen real-estate, you take 50% of actually needed space for your bs ad's that you constantly pop-up anyway. You hit a point where you realize you're slowly getting better, with more powerful teams/heroes, but it's never enough. There's always another hill to climb in this never-ending game. Waste of time.
after winning revenge in 2nd or final attempt, shouldn't be kicked out from the tower & become hassle to re-enter the tower to continue next revenge

edited; from 5 to 2. used to be a lot of fun, but its almost a waste of time. the ads are too ridiculous. the heroes are impossible to beat until you get the in your gallery, and then they are useless against your opponents. the resources needed to train them are impossible to find. ive been sitting with four heroes that need to ascend for almost a year now. challenges keep repeating, and nothing new comes out unless you pay. its heartbreaking.
