at my age I find this very difficult to use almost impossible. keep getting notifications saying I have something to do. I open the app and it says I have nothing
this is the worst employment app on the market. security is impossible. nothing works. generally hate it, angers me everyday how impossibly bad it is
keeps getting me to log in with non assosciated apps and reseting the login progress everytime i open another app😮💨

server connection issue, server connection, app glitch, app glitch.. I have used both Payroll & HR side and employee side of this app, funny enough the payroll & HR is... usable enough. However, on the employee side it's probably the worst experience ever. not optimised, continuously have to login, continuously signs you out, continuously has server connection issues and the app glitches time and time again. I can't even open a sign a simple document. Managers waste so much time with this.
Why does this app open fully logged in, then log out and then request a log in. Surely, a serious security flaw to display confidential information prior to log in.

Hate this app doesn't log my hours accurately if I arrive at 9.23 it rounds it up to 9.30 yet if I leave at 1.56 it rounds it down to 1.50!? why?? it's basically losing me pay every month I hate having to take a bloody selfie twice a day it's absolutely ridiculous and a breach of my privacy I can't stand that my company swapped from timegate to this stupid decision!
Very poor app, there is no help from providers and the automatic prompts go into the viscious loops which takes you back to square one. Providers least care about enrolled clients or customers. Do not recommended to enter contract.
This is the most tedious app I have ever seen and used. How is it I am just scrolling down to see today's roster and it throws me to a different page, and whenever I try to go back to rosters it pushes me back there INSTANTLY. logging into anything should not take as long as it does. This app has restrictions for text, so information we need we can't get, because there is no room and we need to prioritize what we need to know, when everything is important. there's more, but review max limit.
slow, sluggish, stuck in a refresh loop, had to log in at least twice to clock in, once I logged in 5 times. had to wait 20 mins to clock in... 20 mins wage I never get.

After recent update, clicking payslip tab and then clicking any payslip shows the same April 1st week payslip only.
why isn't personal leave shown ???
