Ya know, the app isn't terrible, as an employee user, unless you need to contact them, and then they make it obscenely difficult to contact them, hiding phone number (only for sales), no chat option, and useless AI going round and round. I've spent hours trying to find a way to contact when I made a perks purchase and was charged, but it doesn't appear on my orders. How tf am I supposed to get help when you refuse to give a method of contact other than useless AI. Hire some real staff!
"we're sorry something went wrong please try again later" says the app. Also cluncky time sheet inputs for regular employees. Suggest a week by week automatic time sheet upload function, unless the aim is to inconvenience employees, then leave it as it is.
filling timesheets in this app is such a slog. Seriously, just copy what Harvest have done, it's miles better. I'm really considering not getting paid rather than seeing that unskippable "✅ Success" screen 5 times in a row at the end of the week.

not user friendly. unable to switch easily between two different companies. wish I didn't have to use the app :( regularly freezes and doesn't load. update: still so many bugs and issues. wish I didn't have to use it at all.
this is the worst app for employment! I got a new phone and all my work info is gone to the wind. even doing a recovery via the "magic link"(what a laugh that is) still didn't get my account until back. If I could give this minus stars, it would be minus 10. Absolutely useless as a work app.
timesheet on website won't display entered shifts and EH has removed their bug report link.

In the first 10 weeks of this year I have received 40 notifications of shifts that were published, then unpublished then published again, but the shifts haven't changed. This app is borderline workplace harassment.
Great until it isn't. Unusable. Daily Issues with clocking in, out, starting and ending breaks. Have to try it over and over and over again. It has been going on for months. Very inconvenient and aggregating.
I applied for a job online and I received an email to check its progress. I can't do it on the desktop app, which is just silly and it forces me to download this app. after logging in and having to skip 5 different popups for permissions and pass keys and other stupid things I land on my application and find out it's 'in progress'. This entire experience is horrible and the developers, managers and owners of it are creating hell for people searching for jobs. All of you are responsible. Shame.
In low signal areas it takes a long time to clockin or even log in, very sensitive to low signal areas, which is everywhere in the south west of Australia, I can make a phone call in these areas but not use Employment Hero, gives the old " something went wrong " error, very frustrating. Also the shortcuts on the home screen all fail if I try to use them, but if you go the long way to the section you need it works, what's the point 🤷
Please add Google Calendar sync and reduce the amount of forced repeat logins to clock in/clock out.
After the most recent updates V2.71.4 on your app, the app changed the "Timesheet" tab menu display and options, it is now not possible to view pending or past timesheets anymore like the previous update. Please fix this in the next Patch. The website view is still functional.
