how do I cancel?
i dont like this app it just doesnt have anything for me the tones are harsh and hurt
This is one of those apps where they advertise on social media for specializing in one thing or another. However when you download the app and try to use it in the way it's advertised, it is next to impossible to find the one thing that they push in the advertisements on social media or it doesn't come close to being able to do what they insinuate it does. This is just another app grabbing for money. Don't waste your time and make sure you request they delete your data after giving it a try.
disappointed to find out I just blew $19.99. I thought it was a try before you buy. So don't be like me and make that mistake. This is a ridiculously expensive app..
Continues to try to charge your account after you cancel your subscription.
They say it's free but it's $30/ month. Netflix is cheaper and works better.
useless
its doesn't work
I toggled the 7 day free trial button in which you have to subscribe to get it but didnt think they would charge me immediately...tried the app..went to unsubscribe 5 mins later because I deemed it useless and then saw they charged me $59.99 What a scam. do not get try the trial. Endel you all should be ashamed at yourselves. you will get nowhere in life scamming people. What you do to others will return back to you. Im Pisszed!! Calling my bank in the a.m.
I don't like the name. Maybe El is going to end them.
See what the calm tree has, shake your phone. Now your phone slips out of your hand and is cracked. Will this company fix it?
Starts asking for money before you even have time to understand what the app actually does. Edit: Yes you offer a free weeks trial before the subscription, but I have used the app for 10 mins and I've been asked 4 times to buy a subscription with discount. Just uninstalled because I was bored of shaking trees to get discounts before I understood what the app does.
wanted it for focus session, and it won't even start w/o subscription, terrible for anyone who is looking for a free app
The oldest scam in marketing, wastes your time with filling out an extencive survey and in the end want your money. 🙃🫠
it was presented as a fun music app for people with ADHD boy... was the video misinforming. nothing revolutionary just some calm music. It's not easy to use and there appears to be very few options
used to swear religiously by this app last year and the year before, it was perfect for knocking me out super quickly. then all of a sudden I'm finding a 10 minute limit on every free soundscape and locking a continuous stream behind a paywall, basically making the point of the app useless??? guess you should never trust something too good to be true, it's quite a shame really that college students, probably a big age group who use this app, can't even benefit because we're broke.
not even close
can only use the free version for 10mins max, which is absurdly stupid. plus the sounds don't really help, it's kinda generic tunes.
the free version is useless
-predatory purchasing model -expensive for what it is -trial is mostly useless
it's just a bunch of random noise that crackles and pops in your ears. The app itself seems like it suffers from ADHD. Just listen to trance edm music.
hiding the subscription price after a series of get to know you questions and asking for email is scummy as hell. thr advertisements didnt mention a subscription and the description doesn't even list prices. - my issue isnt its a subscription its that you dont disclose the price up front
basically no options for different sleep sounds
honestly dont recomend, you get 10 kinutes of the same singe sound and then have to keep resettinf the timer. no choice of sound and and honestly pointless for sleep unless you want to pay.
i dont see why i would pay frigging 6$/m just to have some sound. its literally makes 0 sense stupid greedy app that i could get everything here for free
Not satisfied still!
please delete your "this sound soothes ADHD brains" ad. every time I hear it, it makes me want to rip my teeth out.
$119 After Free Trial. Charging an entire year after the free trial is predatory. I'm not going to risk losing $119 for an app I'm not sure I'll like.
worse
apps like these are always behind a pay wall. Basically useless. Though it would be perfect if you could actually just use one of these apps for free without sign up but what they're selling can literally just be found for free on YouTube.
Not able to afford it 😪, if I can find an app that will help me focus because of my ADHD and not drain my bank account then I will definitely find it.
Yet another subscrition app, is already tiring to deal with the enshittification of everything becoming subscrition based everywhere, now the app i wanted to try to "relax" is also subscription based 😕
I used the app a little, with some mixed results. My complaint is not about the app. For an app that supposedly caters to a community with attention challenges, they should know that their model is almost predatory. I'm now out $130 for an *application* that I likely won't use, because I trusted I'd get a reminder before the free trial ended, as they stated. I never saw a reminder. Maybe the app pushes a notification, but I have most turned off. I have a lot of places $130 could go.
didn't even finish starting the app before it tried to get me for $120/yr no app is worth that.
b.s attempt at getting us to subscribe
it said free not free trial
free trial charged me anyway
I signed up for a 7 day free trial, but they charged me for a full subscription on day 1 of that trial. they don't list a phone number to remedy the problem, and cancelling the free trial didn't issue a refund either. Don't use this service.
I should have read the comments before linking this to my account. it is basically 100.00 a year. You get a 7 day free trial but you have to link your cc to get it. we all know what that leads too. no thank you
APP IS NOT FREE. Advertisement in YouTube said it was free, but you need a credit card to register for a trial that auto renews at $10 per month.
I received a trial subscription with my Auri focus gummies. Then they charged my credit card for a year subscription. I never used it, don't want it & didn't authorize it. I can cancel but they don't offer a refund. What a scam. I won't be ordering anything from Auri either since that's where they got my credit card information from.
there's nothing free about this unless you give them your credit card. is it an incredibly expensive app and you can't even try it without a lot of hassle
crazy expensive AFTER a sign up process
the "sleep aid" made my mind race, waking me up. would not recommend at all, just use Spotify, or an ad free YouTube video.
never signed up for it. literally downloaded it and that's it. notice a $99.99 charge suddenly on my account. do not download this.
you have to pay to use thus app. pure BS
No matter how good the app is, I can't comprehend running an ad for it that sound like the Emergency Broadcast System is being tested. Deserves zero stars just for that.
I'm not paying more than a few quid for something like this. it's laughable to think I'd pay more for something that's essentially free on YouTube. Get a grip
Most of the soundscapes are invasive and annoying with a bland and uninspired tonal mood in vaguely different flavours, "Tuning" the sound doesn't do much either, especially if the undesired element is permanently enabled. It might help me focus if I could stand to listen to it, I get that it's not supposed to be attention grabbing but something that isn't actively making me want to turn it off would be a drastic improvement.
