The app is easy to use, but it’s plagued by glitches and bugs, making it very frustrating. It repeatedly asks me to log in and often throws errors. Rental details and past trips are inaccessible, past trips show duplicates of one only, and clicking any leads to errors, so statements, details or receipts can’t be viewed. Points aren’t added as stated, with no breakdown per rental. Reinstalling on a new Samsung hasn’t helped.

Renters beware, scam customer services: Booked 7 seater Peugeut 5008 automatic on 4th April 2026 for a short trip from Enterprise London - Wembley branch. Got a call ON the day of the trip to inform 7 seater will not be available and I can take a 5 seater or cancel. Mind you the policy of every car rental company says that an upgrade needs to be provided; not a downgrade :( I refused the 5 seater and asked for a refund. 40 days and 4 frustrating customer service calls later, still no refund !!

I've been waiting for four days for them to call or email. Just an offer to get us back from Branson to the airport on next Tuesday would have been good...
well it looks like enterprise has gone all in on scamming their customers. Too many news stories these days of them doing this. The latest being "diesel in a gasoline car". Crooks. Won't be renting from them anymore.
literally cant login because they don't allow a certain amount of characters. my email is too long.... why let me sign up for it, but won't let me login
this app is garbage. it says im all set then when I go to pick up my car I'm told I need an email and another check in. STUPID

I love renting from enterprise only reason I'm giving the 1 star is because I paid money owed and after I paid the money I'm supposed to be taken off the dnr list well they tell me oh your account is in good standing its just that your file is in a que they'll get to it as soon as they can to take you off the dnr list. they didn't tell me pay money owed as soon as you can. its been almost 2 weeks now support is useless
extremely poor service. Booked a van from them to move out my stuff to new property. Paid online the full price 3 days before the booking. I had made all the arrangements including paid a person to help with picking up the stuff, took leave from my work and was on last day of tenancy contract. They called me at 4:30pm a day before sayint that they cannot provide me the van as they don't have! And on the top of it, he was rude saying I can only say sorry. Helpline was useless as well.

very hard to navigate. the mobile app needs some human factors review... I'm a long-time customer of Enterprise and usually use the desktop. the mobile app and I use a lot of mobile apps in my work and personal life.
having to go to other pages is confusing
