horrible the lady overcharged me I reserved a car got a SUV I wanted something that wasn't a gas hog the SUV was way more then I expected to it was supposed to cost 40 a day they charged me 80 a day and took everything I had in my account and charged me for 5 days I only had it for 4 due to a health condition I was hospitalized for I wasn't able to bring it back in time they took everything I had and I still owe them for it and they keep charging my account it's really awful I feel discriminated
I keep getting told that there is an error when I try to place a reservation, defeating the entire point of the app.
app let's me pick cars they do not have
No way to save your receipts as a PDF like with every other travel app ever. There's a button that takes a screen shot of the app while the top of the receipt is showing, but nothing you can turn in for reimbursement. What makes it worse is that the website won't let you print receipts either! There's a button for it, but it simply opens your receipt in a java window that isn't visible in the prinout. Just let us save the PDFs!!!

This app is poorly designed. It will let you reserve any car at any location regardless of whether that car is actually available. Recently, I used the app to reserve a car, it let me choose any car from the full list of options, but a few hours later a representative from my local Enterprise location called to say that they didn't have ANY cars to rent me for the next 3 days! There is no reason to use the app instead of just calling them. The reps know what's available, the app doesn't.
This app doesn't even have your current or past rentals unless you're looking them up by number.. which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app with everything in one place.

Can't sign in. Login works fine on website so I know it's correct. EDIT after reply: I believe the app has a misconfiguration which is choking on a + sign in the email address. EDIT 2: Online support says my username and password is incorrect, despite the fact that I can login online. Idiots. EDIT 3: IT IS THE PASSWORD FIELD IN THE APP. IT IS LIMITED TO 40 CHARACTERS, WHICH IS NOT A LIMITATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN SETTING A PASSWORD. FIX THE APP TO MATCH THE WEBSITE.
I ordered a Nissan or similar vehicle and when I arrived the vehicle I agreed to was not available and the sales person wanted to add 300 dollars more to the already agreed amount saying that as a white person in her location I am not respectable enough to rent the vehicle which btw was a SUV much larger then the vehicle requested she pointed out it was a upgrade wouldn't a upgrade include all extra fees or do you and your employees price gouge everyone for doing business with you?

awful app. doesn't let you do pay now with a valid debit card. then use your points for a free day and it charges you more than what it would cost for the same time hire if you didn't use your points.
can't get beyond 1st page. ads get in way
This app wouldn't allow me to extend or visually acknowledge my time line within my reservation. It has been time consuming and annoying to reach out to customers service by phone every time to extend, ask question and respectfully I get more answer from customers service than the actual people. Once upon a time, I did had a crew that actually did their thing. Ms. Camilla (the best) Mr. Kelvin, Mr. Liam and Mr. Noel. This team made wonders at HAPEVILLE Georgia but promotional departure came!
Don't allow options to pick a vehicle at a location that is not actually available. It's 2026, and any self respecting company of your size should be able to track inventory. It's infuriating to book something, only to receive a call from some random number, telling you that said vehicle is not available. Do better!!!
not up to date. i reserved a cat, it was confirmed, i set up a ride to pick it up, and they called saying they didn't have my confirmed vehicle available. yet if i call directly they say to use the app.
used bur can be speedy! Do a better job refreshing your rentals

Availability Please update across the board to not show vehicles as available unless they're on the lot, not just slated to have been returned. It misleads customers who've booked and have tight deadlines. It may also be good to hire staff who can update availability so there's no disconnect between the facility and customers.
cannot modify or cancel in app.if using coatco discount. You habe to physically call Enterprise for any changes.
unable to clear out reservations that the location cancelled. even after calling still issues. app also lets you create reservations for locations that do not have inventory/fleet.
