I was so excited for this product but not right now. Hard to set up. instruction says smartphone set up only but as things did not all work as expected. Need a lot of time to set up.
I don't know why they build very very bad app. App always exits after scanning and unable to save documents after scanning. I tried 10 times and the same error. It's not first time always this is the case. I don't know why these kinds of things companies develop without proper testing. Whoever built this app they are poor in application development

My new printer, It insists that I have no ink, though it is full. and demands I BUY it here before it will print New printer; Insists I purchase more ink before it will print. It is full.
why need location...and extra permission?
This app is absolute rubbish. Impossible to print documents even after it has been converted to PDF as demanded. Only files I am able to print are photos.
trying to print ID pictures 2x2 size. it always expand the image or pdf file. The size is no longer 2x2 after printing. I know its not about the setting and printer since my laptop is working fine. Even the Iprint have the same issue.
Unable to print in the background. the expensive ET-15000 printer can't load paper from the cassette (this is the replacement under warranty) every other page and keeps spitting out 1 in 10 extra blank pages. It takes ages to turn on and is much slower than advertised due to retrying page pickups from the cassette.
First time using it and disappointed me..
my printer worked very well for the first two years but now I have endless issues connecting to the internet, local iso etc. Fast losing faith in Epson as a brand and once lost it will never return.
Keeps stopping, having errors and falling off the wifi. Up until recently worked no problems and now it's rubbish

difficult to follow instructions not very clear unless you are a IT expert.

I can think of no good reason for me to have to turn on GPS in order to print something. And why does it seem to need a fresh scan instead of remembering the printer outright?
