Don't use this app. The worst app ever, my money stuck in it and it shows blocked for some security reasons. and when I try to contact the email provided cbdc@sbi.co.in , I mailed them 3 times no one responded and when I try to contact customer care , they tells the same please mail them. The worst experience ever.

i have a genuine anti virus installed on my pc and mobile. This app cannot work without disabling it.How ridiculous. I cannot disable the security of my system for sake of this app
Worst app in the world. I added money to my wallet on this app, but later my wallet was blocked without any proper explanation. I have emailed the official support team thousands of times, but I have never received a response. It has already been more than a year, and my issue is still unresolved. This is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
Installed this app and setup my wallet, and it said there is a 24hr cooling period during which 5k is the transaction limit. Loaded 5k into the wallet and tried sending it and it failed saying the transaction limit was reached. Tried sending 1 re and that also failed with the same message. 5k locked in wallet for 24hr. If amount is sent to someone else then that can be considered as a transaction. Why would you count loading money as a transaction. Without loading how can we send. Useless app.
when i want to send money. it force close the app automatically.. I can add money but can't send or withdrawal d amount.. please give suggestions what to do.

My SBI e₹ Wallet has been blocked for security reasons for more than 3 months. ₹7,000 is stuck in the wallet. I have contacted support but the issue is still unresolved. Please help.
what rubbish. my wallet got blocked due to security reasons now it's more than 1 month , neither the bank officials have any clue not there is any online customer care service for CBDC issue. I sent mail on Sbicbdc also but got no solution. 12k is still stuck in the wallet.
Dear SBI Bank, thank you very much that you are also closing this app in Android 11. Many congratulations. 16/06/2026 RBI guidelines are being followed with complete sincerity. I Deregister This App Due To 'Dear Customer, Support for Android version below 12 on CBDC eRupee app ends on 15-Jun-2026 . Kindly upgrade for uninterrupted service. -SBI'
Show Wrong Wallet Pin Again And Again No Action After Complaint dont Use fake app
After lot of telecom, email , this App become functional 2 days back. I was assured that App will work fine hereafter but surprisingly when I opened the app today 15 mts back it showed same repeated error" you have different sim in the mobile. Ensure that same SIM is used and try again". Simply rubbish 🗑. I want to get rid of this App. Since my money is in wallet so I have to pursue CBDC, thereafter goodbye 👋. I have written to CBDC, let me see how they respond!
Horrible, every time I use it gives message that change of sim detected. In installing afresh it starts working. In other words it embarrasses you when you take your phone out for payment.
i don't like it had to uninstalled a lot of apps because of this app .

★☆☆☆☆ Very poor SBI CBDC experience. My Digital Rupee wallet was blocked for security reasons. I raised multiple complaints, sent emails, and contacted customer care, but no proper solution was provided. Complaints were closed without resolving the issue, while the wallet remains blocked. No clear reason, no timeline, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing customer support and grievance handling. If anyone wants proof, I am ready to provide complaint records, emails, and screenshots.

good interface. but difficult to register. frequent crashes. very slow to reach QR and make payments. being a wallet, should be faster and easier. these things make UPI convenient even for small payments.
