poor internet, not worth the money
this socks don't waste your time total lies
looked up my phone use for the month f 1 gig and purchased additional for safety 2 gig. Burnt through it in Costa Rica just the first 2 days! receiving calls Yet No volume. total waist of money! couldent even contact customer service. had to use wifi to text and the wifi was flaky
It's a complete scam. Before you buy Esim.io, it doesn’t warn you if your phone is compatible with Esim. I want my £22 back.
Dishonest. I signed up for a promotion of $1.90 for 5GB, and they took $5. I asked why, and they insisted that it's the minimum. I suggest avoid.

its difficult to connect
First time experience not too good, disappointing. In-app having difficulty to purchase eSim for specific country, even if I tape the country's name it comes only with two options and then follow the offer for completely another country that I'm not even travelling to. Very confusing interface UI, not too friendly.
the esim adapter is recognised but when I try to set up an esim nothing happens i have been going round and round in circles I've wasted time and money on something that doesn't work. I'll have to now get a local SIM on my arrival

Way too expensive. 99$ for Europe, for 100 GB of data? This is a joke. I pay like 34$ for 100 GB of data all over Europe to a swedish company and I can call and text too if needed

RIP OFF and Unfriendly app. My friend sent me the esim, and I downloaded and activated it on my device. It worked for only 4 days out of a month. Checking with the CS, they said the esim is to be used only on one device. then they wanted the person who dowloaded it to check her mobile settings to solve the problem!! how could that make any sense!!

Make sure your phone is not locked from your carrier before purchasing. I recently upgraded my phone through Verizon. turns out they lock it for 60 days. unfortunately had to add money to the plan and install on my and my wife's phone and try to use it at our destination to find out it won't work. wasted $40 us dollars.
i have a balance of $62.50 when i only purchases 2@ 7.30 and still using it. I think they link your card to another sim provider to take money from you
don't buy they are froud they cheat your money and thair esim not work
Scan - fake advertising! Ads say 1.9 usd for 5gb global, but in fact the minimum amount to put in the balance is 5 usd, and no guarantee that the deal will ever again be available.
I got the Aruba sim card. Followed all directions to set it up. Didn't work. Emailed support did what they suggested that didn't work. Told them didn't hear back even sent screen shots. Wasted 20 dollars don't do this to yourself. I came here from a YouTube sponsor this was a sad waste of money and time. Also to be clear I'm very good with technology. I also checked to make sure my phone was on the supported phones. my phone is also unlocked. To be clear it worked for 4mb and then it stopped.
