I really liked it initially when I was using it free which was why I signed up for premium. but now half the time it won't play anything, or shows as playing buy no sound comes out. it won't let me pick up where I left off and will randomly just stop playing when it does work.
When I log in, it does not refresh.
The update sucks so much. I can't even add tracks to some of the playlist, and there are so many bugs. Some of the tracks we're moved and some tracks were also deleted from my playlists. I've been using this app for 2 or more years, but I NEVER experienced this since the new update was released. I'm so disappointed.
this app is literally is good but also super bad like it's free but I literally uninstalled and reinstalled it like 5 times because it was having issues and all my offline songs I saved are now all gone I used to have around 256 songs downloaded offline on the app and when I logged out because it had some issues and logged back in it deleted most of the songs I downloaded it only left 73 left and I am not happy about it. Try and fix the app.
this app is beautiful but why it suddenly started being like this when I try to download offline songs it says "oops.. there was an error communicating with the server please try again later [wc075]" even when I try to re download it I try to log in my account back it says "oops.. there was an error communicating with the server please try again later [wc075]" AGAIN

I FEEL LIKE I'M GONNA THROW MY PHONE AGAINST A WALL. so I LOVED this app but lately it started glitch Ing whenever I pressed play, and when I did it also started glitching my whole phone and stopped working making my phone shut down multiple times before I got the chance to close the app. I tried to log out and log in, the glitching got only worse and it deleted over 200 of my downloaded songs

not reliable, all of my saved songs and playlists just vanished one day.

for some reason, this app suddenly stopped playing music. It wants me to pay...I AIN'T PAYING!!! I can get the songs for free on other sites & apps... WHY SHOULD I PAY???...keep your lousy app.

it has A LOT of ads and would even kick me out of the app and even sometimes it refuses to let me listen to songs, even kicking me out in the process, and once it refused to let me download ONE song. i would be thankful if one of these problems would be fixed in the future.

It's so good overall. But so many bugs. And one thing I don't like about esound is it has ads left and right. And I had nearly 400 songs saved and now I only have 326 songs. they all disappeared?? please find a way to fix it and give me my saved songs back!
its a okay app, does work offline, but randomly stops working for a couple of weeks and when I contact whoever runs ts doesn't do anything. pain in the arse sometimes but idfk. sort that shi out.
new problem. every now then every undownloaded song is just unable to be played. it would always say, "This song is unavailable," and this affects every song that you haven't downloaded. please fix this💔

What's up with this app?! it won't let me play or download music that I didn't download offline, and yes brochacho our wifi is working just fine.
It was good for like a month of using it. And then after, the app keeps having problems. Even within just a few seconds of opening it, the first song choice doesn't play -- like at all?? And then eventually, the ads bagan going crazy. Turns out you still gotta pay. It was advertised as totally free on Tiktok. It was good while it lasted.
The YouTube search got worse. It had gotten lot more ads too. Such a massive downfall.
I loved this app, but you need to fix this problem. It doesnt only happens to one song, not two, not four, not eight, but ALL of them. Ive been stuck listening to downloaded songs and it keeps saying"The song is not available, The video has been removed from Youtube by its creator or the streaming is not available on this platform, please remove it from the library and find a new one using the search screen." And there's another error. Please fix this ASAP!! This app is the only app I rely on :)
i dont know why in the start it was working perfect for me, like no problems but now if i search up a skng, it shows nothing found, i dont really know why but i hope u can solve it🫠
This is a nice music app, it's too bad though it has to have a lot of those annoying ads that keep popping up on your screen. I understand why it has ads, but can you guys perhaps make it less?
it's fine for now
not reliable, has trouble loading songs with perfect wifi and network conditions still, basically chooses when it decides to work, after something it crashes 90% of the time, sometimes it flat out refuses to even work. At least it's free but despite it being free I felt scammed....
