Won't scan Passport.
Absolute nightmare trying to apply for an Esta, there's hundreds of questions, some i dont even know the answer to and telling me a phone number i have provided is invalid even though i know it is the correct one. so i can't go to the next step, so ive gave up and csnt complete the application
don't get my problem solved.

Cumbersome to scroll down to country a hundred times, my native country should be preselected in all options. And please allow chars from other European languages, like åäö etc. Those dots actually make a difference they're not there for decoration.
