I have canceled my subscription before the date then also payment is deducted from my account i want my money back.
Less than 1 star, Cancelled service two months ago. Been sending emails since them. With absolutely no result. They keep debiting my bank account for a service I have not used in over two months. FRAUDULENT
They billed me after I cancelled. It was ok til I tried to go gold and really use it. They say it takes payments but that feature would not work. It would not sync with my accounts. The chat help was horrible and the person I was talking with did not understand what I was asking. I told them to cancel the subscription and they said it would take 5-7 days. I told them if I got billed after cancellation I would like them a bad review and so here it is. Next is the FCC and FTC.

Invoices never send. Aways a problem
offers businesses ability for accepting credit card payments, you sign up, then they deny you from this... at that point they should offer refund as the service advertised has changed. i'll have to do chargeback.

Your app is not user-friendly l added my products, and yet it says I have 0 stock-on-hand........And when I update stock, it doesn't do anything. THAT'S BULL...
Had this app for over a year had issues though out tbh.But toward the end the support team couldn't come up with a solution to help my situation unfortunately. I was having trouble trying upgrade the silver plan link they sent it didn't work in short this delayed my business over a week which I found uneccpetable ..Not a happy Customer

Useless junk, just upselling. You should not say it's free and make me add all the details for the receipt only to upsell me. Everyone should report this to google as an inappropriate app for false advertising up there on the right hand corner on the 3 dots .you are not trying to improve or respond to our concerns, you are just responding to seem nice on here

Too Much expensive, Not some invoice for free for a month
Advertised as free with possibility of in-app purchases. Singed up and it immediately wanted me to pick a paid subscription. VERY MISLEADING. Bordering on bait and switch. This app is not free, it offers A FREE TRIAL. Not even close to the same thing. This should not be categorized as a free app. It should only show in the paid subscription lists.

Not gonna bother putting a 🌟 on it, totally waste of time and money. PEOPLE IT IS NOT FREE, AND IT HAS A TRIAL OF ONLY 7 DAYS. There are good apps which are totally free and has no deceptive messages.

I wanted to make a receipt for a past transaction. There are two places the receipt has a date. I can only edit one of those dates. The other date that says the day it was paid is locked to saying the current date. I could not edit this date. I used a different service and I have been trying to cancel this "free trial" and they refuse to cancel. They want me to send them pics and videos of the issue. I sent a pic and they told me to edit it. Which does not work here! Cancel my subscription!!!

The app doesn't allow to save on your cloud, only local or their web..on iPhone the allow. It's crashing all the time.. double the payment, on not saving the costumer

It would be an awesome feature to have work orders. The outstanding balance is never correct for the 2 years I've had this. I've reached out a couple times about this and it was pretty much ignored and all they said was there was nothing wrong when it was clear there was something wrong.
