This is the worst app ive ever had, its soo old and they never fix the glitches. It took me 8hrs to post 15 items. When you try to post pictures from gallery it takes forever to load, you cant leave the page or they will fail, if your phone goes dark it will fail, if you add to many at a time it will fail. Copying the post to make things quicker you have to delete each photo 1 at a time which takes a minute or two to delete because it's slow af. And now the site is filled with imported goods🤦
No way to filter your listings by section. No way to see customers email if u need to confirm custom order details, u can only see it on Etsy website. All my listings are the same category but when I make a listing I get 3 different ways to enter my listing materials, I either get a 1) text box or 2) I get a pre-defined drop down or 3) I get both the textbox and dropdown. All my listings are the same category. This is very confusing. Etsy help had no explanation or solution to this

I only downloaded this a little while ago. I paid my fees and it still won't let me list anything. I click next and it does nothing. customer service is just an Ai joke. I can't believe i wasted money on the plus service! unless something changes quickly I'll be going elsewhere.

charges a fee of 19$ to become a seller Etsy charges 0.20$ listing fee per item, a 6.5% transaction fee on the total sale price (including shipping), and a 3% + $0.25 payment processing fee, excluding an export taxes how on earth, according to the reviews it doesn't look good, I hope that Etsy will change their infrastructure and make it cheaper for sellers
unable to log in without a verification code sent through sms which is fine except I need to minimize etsy to get the text code and when I do that the etsy app closes that window and starts me over. Unable to get into my own account on my phone bc of this.
In my recent encounter with a scammer, it turns out sellers have no protections against buyers. I recommend using a platform where you can enforce your own refund/ return policies. Imagine being dissatisfied with an expensive resell item yet refuse to send it back because you want it for free, and Etsy grants your wish! Sickening. Hopefully, Etsy makes more money off of this buyer's future purchases than my shop pulled in because I'm leaving. I'm off to a place where I can have hands-on control.
unable to switch between shops anymore. after, clearing cache and data and even uninstalling, I'm unable to add a second shop, it just opens my first shop. started recently possibly after an update.
hate this app at the moment. more than a month, some listings couldn't update the stocks. that was annoying

Etsy's latest endeavor to raise capital is to fraudulently charge shop owners label adjustments on orders 6 years old... There is no customer support. There is no way to stop them from stealing from you other than to not use them. Don't use Etsy!

Worst retail app I've ever experienced and I've been in on line retail for over ten years selling on Posh, Grail, Ebay, etc. The first sale I had was I was not notified except through the bank and Im 4 days behind for delivery!! I had to compensate my customer with a free gift to ease the tension and not lose the sale. Ive had some of the worst retail with Etsy through purchasing as well with my seller not getting notified and then not have the item in stock by the time she got my order
don't try etsy they charge me £14 pound to open the shop after doimg every thimg and payment i list perfume for selling and they take my listing off after 2 hours they i thought this is waste of money and time i ask them to close my etsy shop they charge me more £3 to close the shop total £17 wasted in 1 day don't try Avoid Avoid Avoid

This is tbe worst app in the world, I literally s0end an hour being verified only to come up with a obe-time fee of £14 when it could have said it earlier after I provided by personal details, people do NOT get this app ever again, it wastes your time and it is not suitable f9r selling, it is unsaturated and very slow, extremely unreliable
I make stickers and send them by letter envelope. recently the app stopped supporting letter sending which is a $0.74 to $5 increase. When I contacted support they told me that they "*never* allowed letter sending" even when I sent them screenshots to prove they did. I have to go onto the website to get my postage which is a big waste of time. the app is just a glorified order notifier. everything else is delegated to web browser only. -2 stars for gaslighting me. -2 star for time waste
It has been more than 200 days, and Etsy still hasn't released my funds. I feel scammed by their lack of transparency. Sellers beware: Etsy can withhold your money indefinitely.

the fees are ridiculous plus I had to pay $29 to even start the account? ai customer service is completely useless and having to wait weeks for my funds sucks. all the shipping I'm doing is racking up my credit card debt without the funds to pay it off!
I can't highlight text to make edits, it will not remember my shipping time or costs, worst of all is it doesn't let me add weights and measure to get the shipping cost calculated for publishing. French Provincial
