no answer about where my order is or when expected
Just avoid the klarna feature. I used klarna through etsy for a purchase. my bank got in new cards and I had no choice but to receive a new debit card. I updated my card in the etsy app, and do not have the klarna app. I keep receiving messages about my payments not going through for klarna even though I updated my card on etsy. the klarna I downloaded app wants to send me a code to login but if you close it to go get the code it resets and wants to send a new code.
Etsy has predatory search algorithm, like the rest. sickening, tbh. searching for specific product title yields results outside of specific request. what a nasty corporate goblin they've become.
Etsy sent me a promo coupon that was supposed to work twice. The first use already required customer support help. The second time, support said there was some kind of issue or “flag” with the coupon. A manager assured me Etsy would accommodate the problem even if the coupon expired during review. After waiting over a week, I was simply told the coupon had expired and directed to the terms. Poor communication, scripted support, and no accountability. Very disappointing experience.
the worst experience in shopping a delivery I live in NY they shipped my product to California. they didn't have the original item so I got store credit. this app is not worth your time
Lost of scams out there. got money tho. always getting back. would definitely delete this app immediately thanks Colin h they won't do there job reporting. he took $150 said it was going to be 5 7 business days should take that long lol
Etsy, as a marketplace is fantastic, but the app is AWFUL- especially the shopping cart. Shopping cart makes removing/saving for later items extremely time consuming and glitchy. App constantly crashes. I have learned to avoid maneuvering shopping cart via app, and utilize the website to navigate shopping cart entirely, which means toggling back and forth. I wouldn't even mess with the app, except the mobile website doesn't offer tracking info so the app in necessary for that.
order didn't come, no notice, they took my money easy enough. now i have to go through this!

I don't like being screwed around you say free shipping. I want 895 off my bill. No matter what the product is, you guys are lying.Thank you
everything in here are 3D prints 😭
This used to be a website famous for unique arts and crafts. A place where you could find real artists and get a unique gift. Now, like everything else, it has become Temu-central. I hope the developers pay attention to this and similar reviews, and establish some AI filter that would at least alert them to dropshipping scam, so they can ban such sellers and preserve the quality of their platform, protecting the real authentic craft from scammers.
