door bell keeps stopping recording people . I have reset twice and works for a while and after a short period stops detecting motion again
my maps keep disappearing and only because I have a saved schedule the app is pointless. Really disappointed as I love my x10 pro omni
Extremely annoying that users cannot select for which home they want alert notifications on there phone and for which not! I have the home of my parents to keep an eye, but o don't want notifications from that home, I just needed access from time to time. Please fix this! It's a basic functionality
. it keeps dropping wifi connection won't load . to be honest im feed up with it . its always been a poor door bell poor battery life but I put up with that but now this is happening I think its time to change . if you look at latest reviews there all saying the same so instead of telling everyone the same send info try fixing the problem
since the new update doorbell keeps showing offline .will not playback events which makes the security side of things useless .the app worked fine before so why fix what was not broken !
The app is over 1 GB!!!! That's insane for a phone app, there's no warning that it's that big, it certainly doesn't need to be that big, it eats up a tremendous amount of your phone storage. Do you know how problematic it can be to suddenly drop 1gb on to your phone?
not working on my chromebook
This replaced the eufy clean app for my robovac, the new app is slow and unresponsive, often buggy, and it has lost or deleted the map for my vac twice in a few months with no way to save a proper backup of the map it means I need to regularly remap my house. Then when trying to edit the rooms, it takes ages to update the map as I merge or divide rooms and often it just doesn't update the map at all. Avoid eufy robovacs their all is awful, I will be looking to replace mine with a different brand
poor designed app. often slow to load and stalls. I don't like that it regularly asks me to download the updated app but sends me to a Chinese website to download it rather than applying the update through Google Play. I never download it, gods only knows what they're up to.
I would advise everyone to not get the eufy system. After investing over 2 thousand dollars in hardware, their system is the most frustrating trash out of all the home security companies. They constantly do useless app updates that just break everything. As of now, cannot get any recordings to play from any camera. Had to uninstall and revert to a an older app version apk. Also, for a while now, cannot make any changes in the settings for the old wired 2k Floodlight cams. DO NOT BUY EUFY!!!!!!!!
Homebase 3 version 3.8.2.8 not working like it did before, cameras not working, no notifications are coming through. Eufy has lost reliability.

The app updated and now only shows my cameras as offline
have had issues with notifications and previews for weeks
they constantly build defects into this program. the newest one is that if you have a memory card that goes bad, the program will pop up the warning every 15 seconds to keep you from using the program at all until you can finally find time to go put a new memory card in the camera. so if you don't have one available, you won't be able to use the program until you go to the store to get one.
Cant change my security settings. Bring back security app.

The new version is completely useless on android now. It used to be a pretty good app. Currently on my iPad os app it still works okay so something definitely happened on the last two Android releases. Please go back to the version when it was working or release one with less bugs.
Glitchy playback and connection. Scrubbing through the video feed keeps bringing me back to the most recent even captured and will not allow anything else to play. Also the homebase will often forget the ssd that is installed in it until I restart the system. This happens probably once every few weeks. Also I'm not your beta tester. These issues are widely reported. Do a better job in the first place.

I have a S340 for almost 2 years, it works great until the recent app updated, the AI tracking only works when it catch the the first motion and then it stays at that position and not follow the moving object anymore, sometime it just froze there not record anymore.
Doesn't work as it should. I have been using the eufy clean app but then I received notification to upgrade to the eufy app. So I did. Big mistake. The app is giving incorrect details about the status of the unit. The app says it isn't charging, the unit says it is. The app is a mess.
I use this application to operate a single keypad deadbolt that has no functions other than the keypad operation. Why is it occupying nearly 1.5 GB of space on my phone? This makes no sense. Code your garbage app more efficiently.

This stupid app delivers all notifications very delayed. Most of the time (99%) the person in front of the doorbell is already left when I open the app. Loading recorded videos takes forever, opening the live feed takes forever. All the data should be stored in my own network with up-to 7GHz connectivity. I'm really starting to hate all that Eufy makes. Even my robovac L70 stopped working because it gives battery errors, even with brand new batteries. This app is not better experience-wise...

since your update ive struggled to view my cameras unless im on WiFi, never had any problems before the update.
Trying to use the two cameras attached to the app is near impossible. I have 1000mbps/100mbps internet and both cameras have almost full reception bars to the base station. Yet, somehow it takes 10 seconds for a camera to come up, if I try to change to the second camera, it will just hang on a loading screen. I literally have to shut the app down via Android settings and clear the apps cache for it to maybe work. Might change over to RING camera instead
no notifications
Slow garbage. Takes up to 2 mins to load the live feed and multiple refreshes for events to show. This has been my experience for 5 years and it just keeps getting slower and crashing more with every update. Operating on gig internet speeds. Will never buy another eufy camera.
very frustrating app. as time goes on it functions worse and worse. cant view events, they wont decrypt. cant view anything remotely. eufy is a cumbersome irritating system that is slow and inconsistent results when it works.
when it works its fine. notification come through. but to view events i have to force close, clear data and re-login. this is a known issue for years looking on the web. update 21/6/2026 still shocking i have to do this to view events support sent me a new one still same issue. very poor app
does not work with Alexa since last update did all the work arounds and still nothing. Alexa says it is there but notifications and video do not work.

Most recent update has destroyed the app. Now has to constantly restart app to get streams to work. Seems to disconnect from the home base after one action.
Same here, doesn't notify when detected. Detects non human even thogh set to human only but mostly slow most of the time to notify then sends a bunch through all at once.

Very delayed when needing to check your camera. Sometimes won't load video or video recording at all. Which can be a life or death situation when dealing with home security not working properly.
I'm no longer able to view or download recorded footage on my samsung galaxy(Android). I have restarted and reset the home base and re added everything and still not working. what's the point of this system if you can't access the security footage.
cameras are good but app is terrible... crashes all the time, download sometimes work sometimes not...
Constantly losing Live Feed every time there is an Update, still records events, just constantly losing the ability to watch Live Feeds, until I uninstall and reinstall the camera.
New update has poor performance. Camera view takes forever to load. Sometimes have to exit or clear the app cache for live view to work. This is making these cameras unreliable.
Opening pan/tilt etc covers the zoom, dumb.
utterly ridiculous. this app now won't let you view videos unless you enroll in additional encryption that the camera doesn't actually support. utter con!
It keeps telling me to install it every time I open the old app nothing happens
