false advertisement! app claims dollars, yet I get pennies. also 2 ads have claimed either $10 sign-up bonus the other $5 bonus... why i get 46 cents? Just a click farm. don't fall for it

Don't do it. once everybody didn't pay me I will spacing 75 cents cuz they're all paid real low and I got all it to the end infinch the survey. then it takes forever to get to $5. so you can cash out. I go to cash out and you have to verify your phone with the code so I did that one then it says it has to refill ride my phone then it says it's not working right now check back in a couple hours so do that now it says oops can't send it to that number try a different number you kidding me.
multiple screen outs, finishing an entire survey just to not get paid. I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. the surveys for $1 or more lets me complete the whole survey then won't load and won't pay me. every survey says I did it too fast even if I spend an entire hour on one survey. how is that possible? way too many screen outs. 1 star until all issues are fixed!!!!!!
These apps are all scams. $5 minimum to cash out. I get to around $4.40 and suddenly all the surveys conveniently started closing me out with paying a penny. These apps are all rigged and should be illegal and shut down.

can't even do the daily poll anymore. it says to complete a tap offer but never unlocks the poll, and then has no more tap offers to complete for like 13 hours.
the app was fine until I cashed out on about the 4th time. they now owe me 3 separate cash outs and never reply to any emails. if you search their company this is a very common occurrence and I have no confidence they will reply to the now 5 emails I have sent owing me in the region of 20.00. I was already ID verified and then every time now I am asked to provide id again. I have done so to no result. what a let down

Surveys are not paying the reward when finished. The tap offers are not paying either.
You can spend ages filling in the survey then it tells you it's closed, I know there is a criteria to meet for the survey but surely they have your details and can put surveys that are relevant to you. I give them all my details originally, so basically, I'll get spammed with emails but don't seem to follow through with appropriate surveys.
edit: After a week of dealing with customer service, they finally gave me my gift card. They will pretend to send you the money, but it will just be pending forever, and they will never approve it
I'm still having the same issue I don't know my original account and I would like help finding my account please 🥺🙏🏿
