Jede information die nicht die Zeit des Abfluges war, war falsch. Boardingpass für meinen Anschlussflug funktionierte nicht, also Karte ausdrucken lassen. Gate? Falsch. Sitzplatz? Auch falsch. Erst als ich den ausgedruckten Boardingpass mit meinem App pass verglichen hab, hab ich realisiert wie unkompetent die App ist.

you are tricking customers into paying to reserve a seat when that is noy necessary!
no customer support or 24h cancellation options
Unwilling to help or even care. In addition they misled me with an answer to a very important question, maybe because of lack of knowledge. I was rejected and denied from my flight and they didn't bother to make a call to make sure of my country's situation rules in the country I was traveling to. It was my first and last experience with them.

Always had to log in again after being logged in which I could sort of put up with. Recently you cannot add your booking code to the app to add the flight. Only a German +49 number to call or contact them via Messenger. Lots of issues and nobody seems to want to sort them out.
Eurowings booking system has an error. Dates and days do not correspond. We booked Vienna to Düsseldorf on Tuesday, Jan. 13 and return on Wednesday, Jan. 21 and after we paid the confirmation came as: Wednesday, Jan. 14th and return on Thursday, Jan. 22. we sent a correction email and called the so-called customer service with no correction results till now. The agent was rude und unprofessional. Very lousy service. I have the screen shot of their system mistake and will public it to media.
when try to book or check flights the doesn't load it says connections problem, the app working 0% percent

I can't check in
The app has a lot of bugs. Connection with Eurowings servers is unreliable.
Has been working well but now it will not load flights. All I get is due to connection cannot complete. I have had different people try with different devices and nothing so it's not just me. i sent an email and have not heard back. I messaged on Facebook and they said there was no problem but there clearly is as it's the Web page too. They didn't seem overly bothered even though I'm trying to book 2 different flights
The only reason I gave it one star ⭐ is that the app is buggy and doesn't work properly. I paid extra for a seat because the button wasn't working, which allowed me to skip the check-in process. I only realized this later when I checked in for my return flight, and this time it worked. So, be careful: don't use the app to check in, but try to do it on the website instead. Also, if you pay, it's impossible to get a refund through their automated process. I need a refund for this inconvenience.
Not easy to navigate at all

This app required an update, and the update is not compatible with my phone as it demands a newer Android version. I can no longer use the app.
You will never find your boarding pass in this app. Do not create an account. It doesn't simplify anything.
App is not easy to use
Awful - can't even login for first te as not accepting my newly set password. Tried to reset - took several attempts and very delayed temporary password. Got message to say it worked finally and I'd get new password emailed... no email and newly set password not working... again. Total waste of time. Do not bother downloading this nightmare of an app!
your services are down, can't login, can't check-in and can't modify anything in the booking. useless app and portal
For Christs sake! You ever used your app yourselves?? Changing flight dates in the search is a torture. Up to 20 seconds waiting for the search results? I'd rather use the browser where I get results in 2 seconds. And a preposterous error: "You can't open the Wings Bistro due to a missing PDF viewer. Please download one from your preferred App Store". I have more than five apps that can open a pdf file!
Not compatible with Android 10. What a joke for an app that is basically just a glorified website

do NOT use this app and if you have to, never give them your real phone number. ever since i gave them the numver i keep getting scam phishing robot phonecalls. they sell it to third party vendors or leak the database themselves
It doesn't let you add only 1 contact information for the second passenger. If you give email it also wants the phone number. But it doesn't tell you this is an issue. It just gives a generic error message.
very bad check in process
Bad experience flight was 3hours late & I missed my train & I had to book another one I contacted the support & they were too slow After almost three weeks I got a response that they can't do nothing that's frustrating I will Never use this airline again
impossible to enter date of birth.
suddenly the app is not compatible with my smartphone anymore. It's only 5 years old and I had it until the update was required. I checked in online but haven't received the boarding pass per email as requested. Am not impressed!

Possibly the airline app with the most confusing interface I have ever encountered, and this is saying something as it's not like the easyJet, Ryanair etc apps are that well designed.
Doesn't update or add bookings reliably, the user interface whilst well designed (visually) is clunky, disjointed and not vert user-friendly.
This app is painfully slow when loading pages, especially during online check-in. Today, I had to put my phone down because the check-in pages were taking forever to load. After a while, the session timed out before I could proceed, and what's worse the app automatically reserved random seats for me without my confirmation, even though I never wanted them. I had no choice but to call customer service to fix the issue. Very frustrating experience.

I don't know what's wrong with this app but it doesn't allow me to finalize the change of my seat reservation for days and it's way more than frustrating....
Very good app until recent update that removed viewimg prices per date.
there is no fluent user experience
it is not a full functioning app. when you try to do a transaction or check in it is just opening web browser and continues there.
