New update killed it. Since updating this app 2 days ago I can't access it anymore. It keeps telling me that my password is wrong. So I change the password, it takes me to a Web page to change it then it opens my account on the Web page. If I sign out and try to sign in with that new password, it says that it's incorrect. The same happens on the app, no passwords are recognised. No matter how many times I change it. Fix this problem please!!!! ASAP
Constantly fails to perform basic tasks like logging in or checking out. Unreal spending over an hour trying to buy one movie ticket.

I cannot even pay for my ticket using my debit/credit card.
Bugged out for no reason. Debited my account but didn't print a ticket. Woman at the counter blame shifted to everything except a bugging out app.
Doesn't allow me to add my voucher code when booking online. absolute joke of an app. And don't say use the i have a voucher button as it says added but won't allow you to move to the next step it keeps throwing up error codes. updated app to latest and still issue.
Please accept terms endless loop. Can't buy tickets. Useless, uninstaller.

The cinbuzz at home don't work
Log in doesnt work. I've reset my password and can log in through a Web browser but can't log in to the app. I've tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work.
Does not show my booking so I logged out and reinstalled the app and now it won't let me login? It is trying to login but fails. Have reset passwords etc
I laughed when I saw this company still wants it's customers to pay a booking fee to use their app and site, then they want you to watch their ads before the movie you've already paid for, the right to pay for, if you've used the Internet that is of course. Layers of taking advantage. P U
Won't login in anymore. Worst app ever. Changed password, now won't login. Mobile, pc nothing. Fix your app.
Don't get this app or membership, the points expire. There is no logical reason to have cinnebuzz points expire other than they know the frequency in which people attend cinemas, so it reduces the number of free tickets they have to hand out. Points are only valid for a year, they can try and justify all they want, it still doesn't make sense other than to not reward its members too much.
It's happened again I can't seem to get $9 tickets even though I have over 400 points in my cinebuzz account. What do I do??? This is very frustrating 😤
Password reset does not work so this app is worse than useless to me. Password reset link in email keeps taking me to the signup page which then complains there is already a user with that username.
Big, bad, tight arse company After all the years being a member, have not received a discount or free movie. Cannot even use my membership card to login to the app. $10.60 for popcorn that would cost the $1. Just paid $108.00 for 4x tickets to the movies. With an absolute rubbish experience doing so.
Why would I use this app when it forgets my login details every time it updates???? Learn how to code!

This app used to be good, however it is now totally useless. It does not even load, simply sitting on a white screen with the V logo. Time to uninstall.
Slow app , too buggy
Doesn't work on Samsung Note 9 Once you download it from the Google playstore the app comes up with a while screen please fix this problem please asap I've never had this issue before at all Grrrrr
Terrible app. I can see my booking tickets. When I go to order food, there is nothing under my booking. I have checked in. Login and out reinstall app. Still doesn't work.

Started getting pop up ads from this app when it's running in the background. Came to see it there was any mention about this and seeing reports of virus scanners flagging this app. Not sure if the virus scans are true, but uninstalled the app, and no more issues with the ads. 🙄
I've used this app for many years but recent updates have allowed it to be used as a trojan by hackers, as was the result of my most recent virus scan. App uninstalled instantly. Step up your game Event cinemas and keep up with security updates please.

Since the update, the app just literally does not work. You open the app, it shows the Event logo, then goes to a blank white screen. Ridiculous.

I've been logged out of the app and haven't been able to log back in. Unable to reset password either. Constantly receiving an error message on both the app and website stating "unfortunately cinebuzz is unavailable." Extremely frustrating as I am trying to purchase movie tickets for tomorrow (Good Friday) and cannot use my account to redeem points.
