i never get emails from Eventbrite. i have tried so many different ways, checked spam, trash etc, but no use. I get emails from all other services like Meetup, Luma , Fever etc. There is no way to get support on this issue either. They just have a blog post that they might have blocked my email address if it was bouncing or spoofed by a spammer, and there seems to be no way to get that fixed.

links don't work in login emails. stuck in circles trying to log in to the App on my phone. gave up in the end!
They don't have customer service or support. All links are dummy. I messaged them several times and report scam event but I did not get any response.
HOW are you meant to use this App???? Plus when I logged in and connected my gmail account it welcomed me with a completely unknown name.
App keeps crashing. Yes I cleared cache. Yes, I reinstalled it. My phone's system says there's a bug that developer needs to fix. Running on S26 Ultra
it does not work
Ido not like this app, certainly not easyand gave me wrong info about a booking i was trying to get.
Spent days trying to get access to a ticket because the 'additional information' form wouldn't load.
I could not get the tickets last night on line and when I put my card number in it would not let me press!the number 7 it kept showing a hash instead
Used to be great now every time I go to check my tickets I get the "Something went wrong" screen.
