Installed it, spent ages in a loop where it wouldnt recognise my email or allow me to login. When I did finally manage to do that, it couldn't find my tickets. Signed in and opened website, then clicked to transfer tickets into the app and got a "sorry something went wrong" screen. At which point I uninstalled the app and just downloaded the ticket as a pdf.
Shouldn't need to download an app just to walk into a place I already paid money to walk into. I'm so sick of these digital parasites sucking all the fun of not having to look at a screen for a moment
Awful app. Cannot find ticket
pésimo, perdieron mis boletos. Solo son intermediarios, no se hacen responsables para aclaraciones, y al querer contactar al vendedor, lo haces por la app y nunca te dan su contacto.
slow clunky and keeps resetting
paid for a event tickets and was told at the door that it was to full for me to enter i tried to ask how do I get my money back and the guy at the door was very rude I have left the event planner several messages and eventbrite no one has yet to get in contact with me I will never purchase anything else from this app
Horrible. Won't let me open the locations for the garden tour today. I've re booked ticket 3 times.

Way too slow and sluggish always
Don't force AI on your users, particularly not if the algorithm you use regilarly ignores user prompts. The app makes it harder to find events than just using the website.
I don't like the app because it is tedious and when I do sign up for an event the creator does not make it clear or easy to join the event. Sometimes I think that they don't show up for the event.

when changing the font size on your phone and returning to the app, or when reading the terms of service, the app goes back to the home page and you lose your progress for filled out fields, and if you were in the middle of buying tickets, it still thinks you're in that process and you'll have to wait for the countdown timer in the background that's holding those seats while you would normally be able to continue filling out the fields, but it doesn't realize it already kicked you out.
