YOU NEED TO HAVE IT ON THE SCREEN AND RUNNING FOR IT TO TRACK AND EVEN THEN YOU STILL NEED TO ADD THE TRIPS MANUALLY YOURSELF
don't like and regret spending $8.99 on it. I tried to find a way to close the account but there's no option to withdraw from paid use within the app and so I therefore suspect a scam. If I get charged again before it's canceled I will be talking to the fbi and the justice dept

99% of the app/service is spectacular & Highly recommended... however... The "Cancel Subscription" button does absolutely NOTHING!!! I will most certainly resubscribe when bills & budget allow for it, but if I click cancel, I don't mean try & charge my card anyways!!!! :/

Dropped or did not log several trips totaling a loss of over 200 miles. No customer service by phone or chat. Lost my money, no refund available.
Missing all kinds of trips. the only thing it has to do is track every single mile.vvit can't.
asking repeatedly if I'm driving, wastes battery. constant notifications.
I am a 1099 driver. I only work 2 hrs a week. The app does not always track my mileage. It is sporadic. I've tried to contact customer support- to no avail unless I pay them money. Ridiculous. This app does not do well unless you pay for it
Only 30 free trips.
app features are good & as described, however battery drain makes it unusable. 20% drain overnight after installing and activating auto track. This is with app closed but the background process is a massive battery drain. such a shame for an otherwise good app but as it is, unusable without being able to keep plugged in all the time. with this fixed app would be 5 stars but as it stands the drain is terrible.
too many notifications and hard to navigate. it only tracked first day, after that I could not get anything unless I manually typed it in. not worth the hassle for something simple as tracking trips.
it's not free and showing potential money is not actual money and I'm already not earning much.

horrible, non existent support. Dont waste your money. There are free apps that offer much better help than these useless clowns.
it refuses to deduct for my taxes when I slide for work but always allows me to slide when its personal it's ridiculous hasn't changed one bit
Okay features but finding a location for an expense is ridiculously inaccurate. Also data export still sucks and leaves us with a ton of manual work for expense categorization at year end even though we were diligent all year--the predefined categories don't align with actual tax software like TurboTax
I've been a paid user since 2018. Now features I had with my subscription no longer work. I have to upgrade to the new 'Professional' option to get the features I use to have. I am cancelling my subscription and switching to another program instead. I never received any notice it was changing, just my features no longer worked like they did.

paid for a subscription and next payment comes out April 28th but the app shows im not subscribed
I'm not giving location always on permission so stop forcing it and remove the banner

It's a scam. The app don't work, it do not start the new trips it do not save any trips coma no one is ever available to answer your calls or chats. A complete scam!
The app periodically won't automatically track trips. It's really hard to contact support and get help that actually helps. Their support staff is non existent or they're just super lazy. I never hear back from them.
I would prefer to only log the driving I want to log rather than have this app running in the background all of the time. Deleting.

Does what it says, except when it doesn't. At first it worked fine. But then on one run it recorded 5 different trips, starting over every time I stopped. Other times it would start recording a trip but then when I swapped over to check, it had reset itself on the same trip, losing all mileage. Often it would start recording a trip without my prompting, when I hadn't reached my starting point yet. Every one of these trips is junk data that I now have to audit by hand. Trying another app instead.
very confusing. you move everything to a pdf or open office. keep it simple similar to qb self employed. there stays all your information. user friendly.
this app starts and stops your trips at the wrong time. it will count 1 trip as 2 because it stops in the middle of ur trip. then you go over your limit and it won't record any trips. it also isn't just when your working it records wherever you go period. if you go alot while not working that's all counting on ur limit of trips for the month. good luck trying to enter everything in manually. after every trip you have to go to the app and put if it was business or personal. it is not conveniet.
Useful but prone to failure when operating in the background on a phone. A trip will be started, only to be lost about 35% of the time. Losing 100kms over a week, meaning it needs constant attention and even then trips can still be lost due to signal interference or drop, as the app must "refresh/reboot".

Into second year... Working less well than last year. Constantly, miss measuring real trips and attempting to track trips when standing still... Cannot recommend this app. Today, the app has reclassified all 2026 trips to unclassified. What a mess to correct. Thanks so much!
