Will be switching back to SOLO once i get my refund from google.

this app let me down big time. it didn't record any trips on my last two days at site. reports are difficult to work with as well. it also records trips when I walk around (about 100 yards) update June 2026 let me down again needed to have mileage for a recent trip, it stopped logging a while back and I didn't know. account password is reset but won't let me in
I bought the paid version and enabled continuous tracking, but I still have to keep an eye on it because the app didn't record any trips on some previous days. There were no errors and no notifications. My question is: what exactly did I pay for? I would have been better off buying MileIQ.
downloaded this app,I'm a delivery driver. however, I had no knowledge that I was paying a fee and I was robbed because I don't know how to get that money back and I didn't use this app not even five times when I just gave up on it because it wasn't providing to be useful to me other than helping me with my tax refund. would be nice if there was an app out there that you got compensated just for the miles you're driving that day or that week not next year so really pissed off I lost money

misleading because I wanted to track a package
it wouldn't turn off & was constantly beeping & going when I was walking. it was annoying
started missing whole trips. this costs a users money. I will be finding an alternative app for mileage tracking
I have paid for the yearly and will not unlock and can not get any help via phone email or chat
Been trying to cancel this subscription, through the app, for months now and they still charge me. I have sent them numerous emails and chats, no answer. The app is erratic and unreliable, I work Uber/Lyft, and the automatic trip tracking doesn't save every trip, you have to be constantly checking, which defeats the purpose. It doesn't work for days.
overpriced subscription model. app closes when the screen goes black. default setting is to record your trip with a limited number of uses. Pop-Up information about the app does not like to skip when you push the buttons to do so.
This app is no better than a spreadsheet. It requires manual input of receipt amount, location, etc. doesn't have the option get prompts after each trip tracked to add the purpose of the trip.
stop working. Still now working.. Every time I open it and start tracking, it takes 2 days before it starting my movement. not sure whats going on.
trying to cancel the membership and I got an email saying it is canceled but still getting monthly bills after paying a yearly mebership fee up front.
I used Everlance years ago for DoorDash and it worked great. This year it’s a complete disaster, even with a paid subscription. The app misses a huge amount of miles and is basically unreliable for mileage tracking. Thank God I have Life360 to manually recover the trips Everlance fails to record. If a free app like Life360 can track my miles correctly, why can’t Everlance do the job I’m paying for?
No longer able to enter location by typing business names. After every update app gets worse.
The application is a bit glitchy. I press the icon in the notifications, I classify my trip, then the app lets me know I have the same trip to classify, the same trip. This went on and on until I realized it was a bug in the app. Sadly, the bug has not gotten fixed and it has been over a month.
I think they did an update, it will only track about 25% of the miles I drive everyday. Used to be a good app and now you can't get a response from support. **Edit** still a terrible app, you have to open it EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ARE ABPUT TO DRIVE. YOU NEED TO HAVE IT ON THE SCREEN AND RUNNING FOR IT TO TRACK AND EVEN THEN YOU STILL NEED TO ADD THE TRIPS MANUALLY YOURSELF
don't like and regret spending $8.99 on it. I tried to find a way to close the account but there's no option to withdraw from paid use within the app and so I therefore suspect a scam. If I get charged again before it's canceled I will be talking to the fbi and the justice dept
99% of the app/service is spectacular & Highly recommended... however... The "Cancel Subscription" button does absolutely NOTHING!!! I will most certainly resubscribe when bills & budget allow for it, but if I click cancel, I don't mean try & charge my card anyways!!!! :/
Garbage
I used the free version and I still want a refund. Garbage app thought I was on a trip while I was sitting at my desk. response to response: why would I waste my time reaching out to customer support that won't care what I have to say about an app I used once and instantly had no interest in using again?

This app works okay, but this year when I renewed my subscription, I charged twice: one was for the renewal of the same subscription and the other was for a subscription that I accidentally selected, but they did not refund me until now, after 5 months. They told me to contact google play, and google play tells me to contact them. it is total confusion. I am disappointed with the fact that they took my money for no reason!
this app tracks drives that don't exist. it will log walking as a drive, even walking in a building while I'm working or shopping. I use it on my farm as well, it logs driving a tractor or lawnmower off road as a drive. It is really annoying to have to delete all these.
this app WAS great .. what happened? since the endnof april it hasnt logged any trip at all for me. and it's paid.. so do i get a refund? or am i just paying for nothing?
Entering business names no longer works, now you have to search it through Google map and copy manually.
I would prefer to only log the driving I want to log rather than have this app running in the background all of the time. Deleting.
inaccurate in auto detect mode. it detects driving while it sits on the counter. when I hit done driving it just pops up again. I wanted to pay monthly they charged me for an entire year. it doesn't detect all of my driving.

Does what it says, except when it doesn't. At first it worked fine. But then on one run it recorded 5 different trips, starting over every time I stopped. Other times it would start recording a trip but then when I swapped over to check, it had reset itself on the same trip, losing all mileage. Often it would start recording a trip without my prompting, when I hadn't reached my starting point yet. Every one of these trips is junk data that I now have to audit by hand. Trying another app instead.
