I really wanted to like this app and not compare to Disneyland app but it is just disappointing at every level. The map and gps is not directional so you can not really know which way you are heading. The Q pass were not available to foreigners to purchase and it is just sad how the whole app even in English has half of the content still in Korean and is basically unusable.

속도 너무 느려요 어플이. 로딩이 왤케 길어요? 이렇게 느린 어플은 또 처음임. 너무 심각하게 느림. 이렇게 답답함 첨 느낌. 마음 조급해 죽겠는데 느려서 너무 화남요 카톡 유투브 다른 어플 다 빠르게 잘 되는데.
Hard to sign up and use, doesn't offer enough information and not use friendly especially for foreigners.
Terrible. Can't login through any of several different methods, extremely frustrating. Just go to the park and run to the reservation kiosk. Then use Naver or Kakao maps to navigate
Stupid app. So confusing! U can sign up as a guest(took me about 15mins just to create a guest account because the instructions are not clear), but omg, it's a 1 star app. It really needs to improve
Don't bother using this app if you are a foreigner. This app cannot received any verification when signing up as a guest. And all the functions can only be used after signing up and logging in. Suggest to get a Korea phone number before using this app to sign up

Extremely bad application, permanently fails to connect a server and update facility ststus. Furthermore, the only benefit it can provide is demonstration of waiting times.
If you're using English, don't register your ticket until you're at the park. You'll get logged out and won't be able to re-register to your device

What's the point of putting it in English if you are gonna force us to change to Korean?
Don't bother coming to Everland if you are a foreigner. The applacation basically forces you to change your language to Korean to get full access as well as logging in with a local Korean ID, foreigners can't even create an account. Without this application 90% of the rides cannot be accessed until 2/3pm where they are open to the public without a Q-pass

The app and the Amusement Park ARE NOT foreigner friendly. The management is racist agaibst foreigners and only accept Korean Identification to ride some rides. The park requires the app to ride or reserve attractions but will not let you register on the app unless ONLY in Korean Language and ONLY qith Korean ID. Very racist. Don't go to or truat Everland.
Does not apply to foreigners. App tells me to change language to Korean to get services. Wow! Separation already. Everland is a waste of time for foreigners, you have to manually reserve and will let you wait average of 1-2 hours per attraction. Guess what, their people cuts in our line without any reservation and gets in ASAP. Straight up racist.

This app is so dumb. It can only work for Korean. English version doesn't even work. It's just there so to say they have it...even if it's non functional
DOB should be define properly as YYYYMMDD
Can't even register. Although I enter Date of Birth ddmmyyyy, it is still showing error!!
It seems impossible to create a valid password. Tried a thousand combinations, nothing works so had to give up.

You get 1 EP every 30min but it was not possible to spend them in any way.

Why didn't consider for foreigners? This app only support Korean language. As I know that everland is the most famous place in Korea, but I have disappointed when I installed this app. Please support other languages.

Sadly there is no option for non korean nationals to register in the app...
The English version is so limited and if you register with the Korean version and switch to English, it will log you out. Clearly Everland doesn't care foreigners live in Korea.
this app is now available in english. but there are still some information not available in english, e.g. the rides' names on the map. The Qpass function is almost useless. i couldnt reserve any Qpasses throughout the day. it is by luck !
