annoying constant barrage of texts for companies we don't want to deal with.
if you buy something it shows your availabile gift card balance in checkout process but does NOT tell you ONLY wish cards accepted in market place and takes funds from your primary card. sellers are incredibly difficult to reach. customer service is useless. NO WHERE in the app or website to cancel orders. no one would help me. by the time the seller replied it had "already been dispatched" with no way to stop the parcel. I started contact the moment the order was placed and the funds came out.

the card for scanning keeps moving frequently when app updates causing delays at checkout looking for it.
How stupid you need your pld ph nmbr to change your phine number ? I have changed my new ph in Woolie & BWS, but it doesnt change in Rewards????? Whats with fort knox? You JUST made me verify through an email address (that I have access to, but not my old ph9ne number). Why make me the. verify with an SMS? How am I meant to update my phone number if I need my old phone number to log in? Who's the genius who designed that?
YOU TOOK MY $40+ AWAY, THAT'S UNFAIR AND I'M STRUGGLING, THANKS. Couldn't even use my $40 banked for Christmas and I still can't use it. NOW I'M RECEIVING ALL THESES RANDOM REWARDS VERIFICATION CODES THROUGH EMAIL AND SMS, WHY? It's not me
The items available for boost are terrible now. Nothing I would ever buy. The whole "rewards" system feels like a sham. @Woolworths, go back to your old algorithm
The app wasn't working and the suggestion was to uninstall the app then reinstall it, which I attempted to do. Now I can't reinstall the app either by the QR code or Google. I get the following error message "Everyday Rewards Everyday Rewards will be installed on your device soon." What can I do now?

Completely useless app and WEBSITE even those I have a Everyday Account and put in the right email address and password it redirects me to the page where you have to sign up and enter your personal details and when I have done this, it tells me I already have a account and tells me to log in and so this goes around and around and around 😠😠😠😠👎👎👎👎 in short do I have a Everyday Account or not? PS Like others, Woolworths quick to respond which means they failed to read feedback.

Can't make this up. Asks me to check my email to verify my log in with a code. Everytime I go back into the app the screen resets and sends me a new code anyway. 😂
Worst programmers are employed by Woolworths and Rewards app.. This experience is still pathetic.. You have dropped the ball, can log out can't login without choosing the JOIN option.. Then the user is not kept logged in.. Open the app and you need to JOIN again . Deleted then reinstall and join.. Should have been able to just log in..
No response to questions from so called help
I am so tired of paying $70 per year for the disgusting things that a multi million dollar company such as Woolworths has available on their rewards app. If your reading this I would highly recommend NOT to pay them anything as its now not worth it. Im going to go back to Onepass where I get free delivery and more points. Shame on you Woolworths!

I spend way more and don't receive the rewards amount stated.So in order to receive my rewards points mentioned I will now pay the stated. 10 dollars R.cards X points and scan my R. card & continue to receive points. How sad..There is always a loophole.
I have asked for help noone gets back to me I in dv situation just before Christmas when I was about to get all my bonuses u told me my card has expired trying to get someone to help me I have 3 months worth of receipts I kept and someone better help me soon disgusted 🙃
App upgrade logged me out, which I found out instore.
