The app keeps kicking me out. I miss out on points and offers because I can't remember log in details every time. Really not sure it's worth the hassle. I have the latest version and just changed password to get in again. Puts me off using the app when it's too clunky.
Edit #2 - I have now laid a formal complaint Edit - I would give this zero stars if I could. CS have done away completely with making their responses slightly relevant. My last message to them resulted in a response that had nothing to do with my message. Fix your customer service ASAP Customer service is very slow to respond, and once you do get a response, they fail to provide any assistance by not actually responding to your concerns and responding with rote responses to irrelevant questions
i am dissapounted with the cookware redemption. i get that it says while stocks last. but to almost completely run out 9 days before redempion end. Is a very poor way to treat loyal customers. i saved my credits up and finally got enough recently for piece i wanted. had some very difficult things happen and couldnt make it until today. not only sold out but turned off the locator so i cant even try to find them. feel very bitter and upset i was happy after switching from coles but not now.

app keeps loging myself out even after using it consistantly needs to have all boosts active instead of manually doing it. why have half active if the others arent. if i use it i use it if not then nope. really decent app just isnt user friendly if logged out randomly at the counter

you should not have to ever time you want to buy something have to go on and pick your rewards to get the bonus its a rip that woolworths dose so most of the time you forget and don't get you extra points its truly disappointing and im truly over it so I probably not going to shop at woolworths any more
3 years ago this app was undeniably a saver around Christmas with extra money. now I won't even shop at woolworths due to there price gauging and the price being higher on a few items that were supposed to be on special. As for the petrol apologise won't take 4c of a litre as they did with myself and as I called the company to the false advertising at modbury apologise I was given an insulting voucher of $5 for my trouble. I am a right kind that price gauging is unacceptable 😱

Can no longer log in - app redirects to login page in chrome which a shows blank page, redirect attempt with firefox brings to SMS verification but after entering the code the page showed as not found and now won't even let me go to the original log in page. Have tried updating, reinstalling, same problem.

Dishonest and ungenuine. Take your money with discount promises then hide the discount box in the cart in the other app so you can't claim them.
thoroughly disappointed. Have been trying for two days to be able to get food and I can't even log in. Ihve changed passwords, etc. but nothing. I am unable to leave my home, otherwise I would shop elsewhere.

no shopping list in the app which is just stupid. I searched for coconut cream and everything with coconut cream in the description came up except coconut cream.... just more stupidity. I only use Woolworths because it's the only shop in Katherine otherwise I would shop elsewhere
Sign-up is infuriating, designed by a moronic web development team that, when choosing your dob, forces you to tap back countless months to find your dob, rather than 8 taps to put the date in.
This app allows purchases, it is the worst app ever for purchases. They force you to use an app not a website so they can steal more data but it's lacks all functionality. I had to verify my account 3 different ways in order to purchase, what is the point of the first 2 verifications. You can't copy paste the verification number. When typing in the email it didn't allow backspace to delete??? What is that about. Then when you try leave feedback the stupid AI chat bot just loops you around.
The y never reply to issues and The F@#$^ing Robot needs to be removed from this planet

I had $20 rewards but this was forfeited when some other scamming rewards program linked..this was 'stolen' from me without my permission. Qantas was the problem because their billion dollar profits aren't enough, they took my $20 Everyday Reward. Following this message, I tried again & had $10 restored to my Rewards Card. Half of what I had, but twice what I expected. Thanks to the 2nd Customer Service lady who looked at my situation & at least, did something to help.
