My wife and I have used this for a few years and loved it until today. The free app would not let me in until I answered personal questions about my finances. I finally started to answer their questions hoping it wouldn't go too deeply. When I felt like this was going to ask for more than I thought appropriate I tried to back out. Now it just has a buffering circle on the screen. My wife can't get in and we cannot retrieve our budget numbers. I hope the uninstall works better.
You give your information to set up the app, and when the app opens you can start your "FREE TRIAL". Sorry, I'm not spending one red cent on this app... (uninstall) when there are so many free budgeting apps out there.
Couldn't even get into the app no matter how many times I resent it to confirm for my email, it wouldn't even accept a single one of the codes.I tried eleven times absolute useless app.If you can't even get into it, probably just scam
The encrapification of this app continues apace. Before you bother to respond, just know that I stopped reading the responses a while ago due to the unkindness. I protect my peace.
Horrible app now- This app was somewhat glitchy in the past but all of it features seem to work but since they rolled out the latest update, nothing works, in fact you can't even open the app, just says " error occurred cannot open app" I tried uninstalling then reinstalling nothing works, should it continue I will have to uninstall permanently because it's not usable, however I am able to log in via desktop with no problem.
They charged a fee and I someone else set it up for me, I guess it helped them but next thing I knew they had sent me a receipt that I made a payment of $79.99 I hadn't even used the app after the initial setup I reached out for a refund and explained and not only ask why I asking for one, they were trying to sell me on possibly not going through with the refund because of all the benefits they offer so they wanted me to send an email with my choice to continue refund or cancel it.

downloaded to see if i could b able to use (I'm technologically challenged) when the specific budget watch came up several pics did too in the upper portion of screen...not sure if its Ramsey or Samsung but scantily clad females r not something I want to see when trying to focus on my finances...sorry-boys...you lost me at hello. Disappointed in Ramsy now who I've read and listened to...Clean it up boys , I would have liked to try it otherwise 😏

Love Dave Ramsey and his advice, but the app continues to crash and freeze on the sign-in page. Unfortunately gonna have to give a 1-star because it simply isn't working.

I canceled a year ago, but was charged again. There is also no emails sent the week before being charged to warn you that your card is about to be charged. Kind of a scammy way of doing business. The irony.... I still enjoy the Ramsey radio show, but will have to change my bank card number now.
UPDATE: The concept is better than a spreadsheet, however it miscalculates the budget and has constant login issues. It causes more problems than it solves. They need to work on it desperately. I'm done. I've had enough.
(update 3/12/26) App won't log me in. App opens and hangs for 15sec-90sec, asks me to log in. After entering credentials, app hangs on loading for 1-2min gives me an error message and bounces me back to the log in page. Flippin' ridiculous
This app is so frustrating. it doesn't sync well with most banks. if you don't want to follow snowball it fights you whole way.

It should be good but it does have some major annoyances. Everything I open it it blasts me with ads to buy their premium version. A bit dirty for someone who claims to help people out of debt. I also can't default it to open to the budget page. I dont want "insights" I want function. I always have to go through layers to log an expense. Premium doesn't let you attach to all bank accounts, Amex for example. All that kinda kills this app for me. I want to like it, but it is unusable by design.
Great product. Horrible customer service.
Suddenly stopped working... After about a year of using this app, it suddenly kicked me out and gets hung up in "thinking mode"when I try to log back in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that changed nothing. I reached out to their support team by email, but have heard nothing. So now all my up-to-date budget categories and amounts are completely lost and I'm left to rebuild my budget from scratch on a totally new app. Very frustrating.
Not very user friendly. My Excel spreadsheet is easier to understand and has better functionality.

App is great when I'm able to stay logged in. I've been kicked out & could not sign in several times now. All while paying for premium.
I hate how the seach feature only pulls transcations from the month you choose. I have to go back to the budget tab and click through each month to find the transactions I'm looking for. It's fine for putting in info, but searching for it after? I don't think this app is for me

not for my needs
this is a decent app. but they get you hooked on "normal" features then pull the bait and switch to make you pay for services claiming you'll save more money. I signed up to manage my budget, not get scammed into paying more money for "premium" features. guess we'll just look for another app that doesn't feel so greedy
• Adjust money & budget planning anytime, anywhere as quoted from description is a LIE as this is a streaming app so those of us without unlimited Internet CANNOT use it "**anytime**" and this is not disclosed. I would not have downloaded it if I'd known. it is not intuitive; despite adding a date if it is in the "wrong" month you have to delete and re-enter; one-time payments will show as recurring, constant push to get premium version--NOT INTERESTED!!! Will likely delete
The glitches and errors I have experience throughout 5 years of usage made me look for another budgeting app. Latest issue is that it deleted my income and some expenses from my monthly budget making inaccurate. I appreciate the app and making me create the habit of tracking my money but I need to find a more reliable app.
