It is 2026 and this app is from 1980. Nothing works as intended. Cannot pay for membership, move to different classes or join courses. Nobody knows how to resolve it. Takes ages to get something done. Very frustrating to use and everyone who works there know it.

One of the least user friendly apps I've ever tried. Impossible to navigate. Nothing is intuitive. An email link to progress only actually directs you to progress the second time you click on it. Awful.

Awful app. QR code scanner never works, error message constantly states Non Registered device, and they have the cheek to charge you a no show! absolutely awful app. Go back to cards.
User profile management is atrocious - so unintuitive
Useless... Go into the App... choose to manage your subscription - I wanted to suspend my membership because of illness.. all it did is took me to "Book a personal coach" as an endless loop. I got so frustrated I just cancelled my membership and even that couldn't be done theough the App.
Rubbish app. It used to work and now I cant login to it most of the time. The rare times I can it then tells me I have no memberships with it. Bizarre.
No way to track workouts and progress for swimming that I can see. seems a but daft, and it seems that IPhone have a tracking options but I cant on android.
it is rubbish. I'm having a few issues, and nobody at Dabes Camp or Lings are able yo help me. it is VERY frustrating

overly complex for what it needs to be and very hard to read
This is a really poor app. I changed devices and installed the app on my new phone. I logged into my account successfully, but when I tried to scan the QR code at the turnstile, I was blocked. Normally when companies limit the number of devices on which you can install an app, they will notify you when you try to install the app on a new device, and then offer the option to de-register the old device and register the new one. But that's a bit too advanced for Everyone Active.
Terrible app and terrible customer service. Been trying to book my daughter into swimming lessons for ages. But their app doesn't allow it because her account is linked to my account do I don't have a seperate username and password for her. . I have tried contacting them several times and no one ever bothers to reply. We went in and asked, and they just gave us her membership number and told us to use that, but there is nowhere on the app to do it. About to give up and book wirh someone else.

The Everyone Active booking app is incredibly frustrating to use, especially when it matters most. Every time new classes are released, the app completely freezes or crashes. It’s clearly unable to handle the traffic, which defeats the entire purpose of having an online booking system. What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-off issue😡 it’s ongoing and has been happening for a long time. There seems to be no real effort to fix it or improve performance.

the UI/UX experience on this application is awful. The layout seems over complex and lots of features don't work (can't book multiple squash courts (chained booking by using the 'Add' button and choosing 'both' courts only selects one. Even the app "feedback" function doesn't work correctly
trying to navigate this feels impossible, our last leisure centre app was so straightforward and this is nightmarish needs a complete overhaul to be functional

Seniors badminton on Thursdays not shown. Cannot book online for Thursdays!
2 classes that I know of don't appear on my app. I've lost all of my "favourites " and can't reinstate them.

Not a user friendly app. Can't switch between linked accounts. I am struggling to book classes for next week as it randomly throws an error message. my local leisure center team are unable to help.
can't find a centre on a map based on location, just a list of places.
No facility to cancel bookings, no ability to add to a 'basket'and pay in 1 transaction, booking 2 sessions of badminton shouldn't need to be paid separately. Previous leisure centres management company's app was much better and had these options
it's a very busy app that is confusing to use. could do with streaming to ensure it is clearer

Unfortunately I find it really difficult to find the info I'm looking for, this has been the case on several occasions now. I don't know if it's because the info just isn't there, or because I'm looking in the wrong place in the app. I'm in the middle of trying to find a lesson that I know I'm signed up for, I wanted to see if I could change the date or time. The lesson is nowhere to be found.
