The customer service is just bad you spend 20 mails explaining the same thing and your better off talking to a wall...
I keep getting charged despite the fact i cancelled and deleted my membership/acct MONTHS AGO. I now have to get a new CC to make sure I don't give these ppl anymore money. Don't sign up.
Stay away from this app! I signed up, answered the question only to discover you need to self select your workout routine. I wanted an app that would auto generate my workout routines based on the answers I submitted. I signed up 3 days ago. when I contacted Evolve to cancel during the cooling off period I did not receive any emails nor can I see previous messages I submitted requesting a refund and no further payments. no one has responded.
Trash can't get past questioner just loops back to calorie part. (waste of time)
Really need to put the payment plans at the start. Doesn't help going through capturing your data and massive questionnaires to only rhen be presented with the costs before you can start.
I'm not paying money up front just to see if this has the features I need. The ability to include cardio fatigue is essential but will never know if that's an option. Uninstalled.
I trialed the app and then chose to cancel. It's still charging me.
Might give better rating if I could get passed weight and height screen, but it won't let me move on from there. I would really love to try this app out though.

This app stinks. For starters, it's 2 different prices depending on where you subscribe (14.99 on the website and 20.99 if you sign up on the app). Not really sure why this is, but it is very deceiving. The app itself is always crashing and messing up. On top of that, the way the workouts are programmed seem random and the volume is ridiculously high. Also, it is an exact ripoff of Juggai, albeit much cheaper but still a copy. I unknowingly paid the higher price on the app and was denied refund.
Why is it more expensive from the app compared to the site
I tried this out for a month because I considered switching from Juggernaut AI. First off, it's just a cheap knock off. It generated the EXACT same program as the JuggAI all did (slightly different sets/reps, everything else the same). Second, the app crashes a lot and it gets frustrating to use. I'm sticking with Juggernaut AI.
fix the bugs
I love Garrett, and wanted this to work out. But the app is constantly crashing. Wifi or plan data, doesnt matter. Rebooted phone, updated the app, uninstall/re-install...nothing works. Too bad, I liked it a lot.
Non stop crashing of the app since the recent update, have deleted and reinstalled without help.
Crashes every time you change apps or close the phone screen
When it worked it was great. The moment my free subscription ended and I paid the app crashed and never came back up. I reached out to customer service every witch way, even on social media and no one bothered to do anything. It's halirius to me they are on Instagram every day promoting how great the app is but they won't bother to fix is so it works for everyone paying for it.
Tried the app on 3 different devices, none of which worked. All devices were up to date and uninstalling, re-installing app not a fix.
Tried to cancel my membership before the free trial was over and couldn't so I deleted my account before the trial expired and still got charged.

Do NOT sign up for a "free" trial. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription without actually talking to a human. They put fake "manage your subscription" buttons in their emails which do nothing other than direct you to their front page that asks you to sign up (not cancel or manage) for a subscription. After logging into your account there's nowhere in the website or app to manage or cancel your trial.

App has potential, but there are no updates and so many little things they could improve but don't. Feels like no one is working on this app anymore. Disappointing.
It's for ppl who are focused on getting their squats, deadlifts and bench presses better. not for aesthetic body builders and home gym users.

Good, but needs work. Seems like a very early version of juggernautai. The biggest issue I have is that it is sooooo painfully slow switching exercises. It does crash sometimes, but not so often that it bothers me.
better than cookie cutter programs, but no where near what you'll get if you hire a 1 on 1 coach. It's a cheap solid tool if you don't know what you're a beginner. I felt like the deloads weren't deloady enough, and my numbers got progressively worse the closer to comp I got. I probably peaked 3 weeks before peaking cycle and went downhill from there. Not much support on the discord as it gets bogged down with comments from other users instead of the coaches, which isn't helpful.

The interface is good but the programming isn't all that great and to call it AI is a very misleading statement. There are plenty of other free options out there which are excellent alternatives.
The actual programming is brilliant so I wish I could leave a higher rating but the continual crashing is mindnumbing. At this point I haven't been able to launch the app successfully in four days, regardless of how many times I have reinstall. If they can iron out the bugs this would be 5 stars all day long.
It keeps crashing whenever I change my numbers on my program. I love the layout but damn you guys have got to fix the crashing issue asap
Lackluster at best. I had high hopes for this app. You can only choose between powerlifting and powerbuilding. You create your own program and the AI doesn't create very much. Not paying $15 a month for a tracking app that I have to choose my own workouts. The workload the AI chooses is generic and seems like its built for a one size fits all approach. With improvements this could be a useful tool. A subscription fee seems unrealistic, especially one so high.
