Falsely advertised Edit/response: there is no mistake this game continues to falsely advertise itself. and the game play sucks.

was good until I accidentally hit a button that turned the video on . then couldn't turn it off again . you don't need to see what is happening around me . get a grip on yourself.

Enables PvP terrorism, nothing you can do. Don't waste your time... EDIT: Insincere bot response from developer, you'd have to be brain dead not to easily imagine how to solve such problems. My feedback thus far of course ignores their sleazy pay model app design and inability to get customer data deleted if you already uninstalled and no longer have auto generated alphanumeric user ID for their data deletion request form...

awful, nothing like the ads, weird sexualized charecters with overly emphasized jiggle physics, random dialog interrupting gameplay, horrible graphics made worse because they're trying not to be horrible, half the gameplay is just standing still.

Save your money. I used to love this game.. but, they prioritize predatory players who doxx and sexually harass others and their children and are completely okay with it.

Very Bad Game, Developer's don't care, massive trolls and abusive players reporting them to devs will do nothing but get you banned instead like it did to me, save your child's college money you will spend as much as a house to stay competitive in this game. This game is a war game not puzzles that severely rely on micro transactions for you to stay competitive. Save you life, time, sanity and paychecks for more better things in life.
Removed my account with no substantive explanation. Support ignored every direct question asked. There's an executive escalation channel handed freely to high spenders in routine interactions - never disclosed to accounts with active disputes. The more you spend, the more access and leniency you receive. Spend less and you get a runaround til you quit. Very biased support and rule system that leaves players helpless to actually receive help if you don't $. Wait for the damage control comment 😏

horrid customer service....would give less than 1 star if I could. DO NOT INSTALL THIS GAME. They take your money then insist you use a email to link it...even offering 1k gems if you use a email...guess what...using emails won't link you game even though they tell you it will. They just take your money and leave you without a account. So happy to see a class action lawsuit being filed against Evony for deceptive practices...hope they pay so much in fines that they have to close the game.

Banned citing "illegal resource trading including looting." Those words do not appear anywhere in their published Terms of Service. Legal was asked to cite the exact clause violated - they never did. Refund was denied before identity was even verified. Their own dispute process produced documented contradictions in writing. This company cannot substantiate its own enforcement decisions. SPEND NOTHING!!! Game is biased and preferential in conduct and support enforcement alike if you spend $$$.

it's made to drag every penny out of your pocket if you are not rich you won't be Strong or it'll take you years to be able to beat small players if you aren't using money
been playing this game for a couple years now. apparently there's an update and now it will not allow to log in due to saying age restriction. now I'm in threat of losing all the resources I've built up plus getting kicked from my current alliance. not satisfied with all the updates. this game was designed to get people to spend actual cash to get anywhere in the game. typical bait and switch.

the app rules for in game 🎮 play say, for ages 10+ E for Everyone; but now as of today the system denying gamers in game play. Due to regional age restrictions for in game play. Telling players that they must get Parental consent prior to proceeding into the game 🎮 and, then the only button available says, "QUIT GAME" 🎮 total B.S.!!!!
Misleading. I personally feel like we all need to start a class action lawsuit and take this company to litigation for the lies and false advertisement. The tactics are manipulated and all it is is a huge cash grab. RUN 🏃♂️
things were going fine until I lost access to my account. now im in the process of recovering it but the customer service is terrible. they asked for screenshots, game id and purchase receipts and after providing all they have not replied to my email (I have sent 4 more since) in close to 24 hours. it is like they have just decided to ignore me. the game is great but the customer service bring the score right down as we may need help with anything in-game and they just dont seem to care.
DO NOT download this game. It will never load no matter what you do. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.

Do you like being bullied with no consequences from customer service? But break any of their rules and you get warned. I recently experienced this. A friend who was being harassed ended up quitting the game because Customer service wouldnt do anything. I recently "resource traded" and was threatened with suspension. Rule enforcement is selective at best. But if it cost them money you will quickly be warned. I wish I could get my money back...the good thing is I won't waste any more.

There weren't any clear instructions on what each thing coming at you is, you just have to figure out what you can shoot and what you can let hit you. Also, why on earth is there a sexualized Cleopatra? What does that add? (These questions are rhetorical; I don't need what are sure to be really weird answers)

I played the POSIEDON'S DAY event and it has a glitch. I need a compensation for this. Your Customer Supporr Sarah and Carol Z are not helpful.
don't waste your time and lots of money. the game is designed for people who spend crazy amounts of money. it is impossible to try play this game without spending . evony use to be a game people enjoyed now it is a game for addicts to spend crazy money that is why so few are playing it now
If you dont plan on spending massive amounts of cash, pass on this. The big players beat on the smaller players relentlessly. Why they have disparity from a 100 billion power player and a 100 million. Its ridiculous. Dont be cannon fodder
