I really like the app, it's very handy, BUT I need to browse through loads of emails(3 accounts) depending on where I have ordered from to find the relevant QR code to be able to collect from the parcelshop. Why the QR code is not added to the Tracking on the app beggars belief, I would know exactly what QR for what nicknamed parcel and it would make things SOOO much easier, Please ask the devs to add this feature, thank you. They damage all my packages lately and try to hide the fact saying delayed

Far to lazy to deliver to my door, so what are they being paid for,PURE LAZYNESS. No my parcel once again has been stolen . DAUGHTER SEARCHED WHOLE BUILDING, PARCEL NOT THERE. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Evri is a dreadful company, their drivers are so lazy, have complained about stuff left downstairs even outside the building where it do gets stolen, to lazy to buzz my bell and no apology from the company

evri need investigating they are the world worst logistics ever, over the last 2-3 months I have had several deliveries go missing, I bought a printer from ebay a laser printer how the hell can you loss this its massive. poor you need to program the chat bot better I'm awaiting a 2 day delivery parcel this is day 4, still not here I asked your chatbot for help and it can't even answer the basic of questions I was warned about evri, I wish I had taken notice POOR APP POOR SERVICE.....
Parcel are not delivered when due and when delivery they are not delivered to the right address
I enter my postcode only to tell me it's the incorrect postcode. I think by now I know my full address and postcode and I can't even redirect my parcel to a safe place before it's been delivered and left on my doorstep. Pathetic company.
Absolute poor delivery,every time I order it comes in the next 2 weeks.They don't even bother ringing the doorbell or knocking.Would not recommend,Inpost is better
Chat function broken, simply does nothing when you hit the Start icon. Parcel Shop drop off broken, they are, "trying to fix it". Notes to driver for alternative drop-off ignored. Sigh. I now tend to try and only buy where Evri is not the courier used.

I always DREAD when I have to use Evri for my parcels. They always fail to keep me properly updated, and take FOREVER to arrive! I could check for an update and receive nothing, and then an hour later I'll check again and there will be an update from when I last checked, because the updating system is terrible! And the time they take to actually deliver your parcel is ridiculous. I could have a message saying my parcel will be delivered at 13:00, and it won't arrive until 7:00! Do better Evri!
I have never had the trouble with delivery as with your company it's unbelievable bad haven said that I man who was your delivery driver until the last few months was brilliant my delivery was always on time, but now if I can confirm when I make a purchase that evri will be delivering i will cancel my order
Absolutely awful app and company that should be investigated by the Trading Standards authority. I installed the Evri app so I could have very important parcels collected and delivered totaling to almost £100. Waited in all day between 8am and 8pm only to have Evri not turn up at all. I lost business and money because of Evri and their awful service. Not only that but trying exhaustively to try and get through to Evri customer service is impossible on all levels. I advise you not to use Evri

Your drivers don't even ring the bell. I'm sick of complaining about them why cant they ring the trades button on most blocks of flats ? why do you even call yourselves Evri? Is it because every time I am waiting for a delivery, I never get one, and every time I complain, I get the same bog standard reply. Yes, there have been the odd driver who have been brilliant, but unfortunately, they are over shadowed by the bad ones. please get it right especially for those who live in flats

Won't open. Just says "Oops! Something went wrong. It looks like we ran into an unexpected problem, no worries tap the button below to try again". No amount of trying again can beat the Oops. The Oops remains undefeated, and I have plenty of worries.
I gad two parcels left by the stairs, the ground floor, one was a white blastic bag, the other was a box according to the photo I 've received. unfortunately, I've only got the plastic bag, the box was missing. no sign of it. I wonder why the delivery was not left by my door. 215

My boots were damaged when they arrived and they couldn't be worn
an ok app but lacking essential features, for example, there should be a not going to be in button, like today is my day off so ill be in to receive a package out for delivery, tomorrow I'll leave for work around 6am, now if there was any parcels out for delivery tomorrow I'll miss them, if there was a "not going to be in" button, the courier would know not to attempt tomorrow saving both Evri and it's workers time, fuel and money. it could automatically switch back to default after the day pass
why have parcel shops been removed from app??
Awaiting parcel 3 weeks can't speak to human.. when contacted Evri, text, they wanted full name & mobile number why ? Not been able to speak to someone, is incredibly frustrating
