I really wanted to enjoy this app, but unfortunately I experienced several issues. I could not move to the next level even after completing the lessons, and the problem continued after contacting support. The AI chat feature also did not seem to work properly. In addition, I only wanted to use the app for one month, which is why I did not choose a long-term package, so the automatic renewal was disappointing. I hope the app can improve in the future.

Has a word search but the difficultly doesn't change. I like being able to read/listen to books but the fact everything (like MAX icon from Duolingo). Try Spanish dictionary instead

You are not responsive. I only purchased this application for three months and then closed my account, but you are still charging my bank account. I have contacted you multiple times, but you have not responded, and you have charged my account for the third time.

I emailed Ewa to cancel with plenty of time ahead of my renewal date. They didn't respond, I got charged, and they refused to refund me based on whatever was in the fine print of the contract. That's on me, but they deliberately do not put a "cancel subscription" button in the actual app and make you complete extra steps to cancel so you'll give up and just keep paying. My experience with Ewa was very frustrating and felt dismissive and disrespectful of their customers.
This app is not good at all. Don't be fooled by the advertisements.

Charged $29.90 without notice. App hides subscription settings to trap users. Support Team is dismissive and disrespectful. Worse, they revoked my access immediately after I unsubscribed without a refund. Basically stole my money and cut off the service. Avoid this scam at all costs!

app does not function properly. I have tried to sign up more than 5x and every time there is "server error." Different networks, different time of day, everything different but same result. too bad, it looked nice in the ads.
1. NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A REFUND (despite their guarantee)! Asked for refund in chat, chat gets sent as an email, you get an email that asks you to login (where?!?), sending you in circles. DISHONEST BUSINESS. 2. What's the point of answering 101 test questions when in then end, the app STILL starts you with absolute basics way beneath your level-total waste of time. Response below is a stupid excuse: WHO WOULD DISPLAY THEIR PERSONAL EMAIL IN REVIEWS!?
THIS IS A SCAM. THEY WILL REFUSE MULTIPLE CANCELLATION REQUESTS AND REFUSE TO REFUND YOU AFTER THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE. JUST GOOGLE EWA APP SCAM THEY RESPONDED WITH ME TO CONTACT THEM. I HAVE 11 SCREENSHOTS WHERE I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND ALL THEY DO IS TELL ME NO TO CANCELLATIONS AND NO TO REFUNDS. THIS IS A SCAMMER COMPANY.

I payed for subscription only to find out it's the limited version and you have to pay again to get the "pro" version which was not made clear by the app in the beginning TOTAL SCAM
only covered A1 Italian and messaged support to see if there's any way to progress to A2 or B1 content several times and never responded. the lessons are great but for the price you pay for their subscription it's not justifiable.
Installed it. went through the intro several times as each time kept getting a "network problem" error screen. I dont have this issue with any other app.

This app is basically stealing money. I strongly recommend that you never install it.You have charged my credit card three times. Every time I email you, I get the same response saying that the matter is under review. This is unacceptable. I want my money refunded immediately. If this issue is not resolved right away, I will have no choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Disturbing, violent content - I encountered a video clip of an attempted murder and another one of an assault on a man's private parts. This is not OK. Support responded by asking me to screenshot the clips and send them. I don't know how to do that and I don't want to see traumatizing scenes again. I wrote Support again and got no response. I did figure out how to cancel my subscription, though.

Movie clips are dubbed so don't really work and it's ALL clips. Not a good way to learn a language. Boring app.
The app is great! BUT, my credit card was charged by this company when I never gave them my information! Very fishy! $19 per month is not in my budget and I never authorized this charge. Closing my account and I better not get any more charges!
When reading in Spanish, it gives you wrong translations and pronunciations. For example it read "ver", as it would sound, if it were an English word. And it gave "integers" as a translation for "entero", which means "whole". So you have to be careful and keep checking and rechecking everything, whereas the whole point of the apps like that, that you don't need to do it. And I have read only 3 sentences so far...
I've recently started using this app to improve my English; my mothertongue is Arabic. Unfortunately, the Arabic-English version is terrible. The Arabic that is used for instruction and as translation is so broken that it is difficult to understand the requirement. This app seems like alot of fun, but serious improvements of the Arabic version is much needed. Not worth your money yet
I have a subscription, but the application can't recognize it. I am logged in by the same email. What i do wrongly?
I took out a 3-month subscription (ending today) and I can honestly say that I learned nothing new in 3 months! Although the initial assessment was good and I was assessed as a low B level, when the app started, it took no obvious notice of my existing abilities and started me at the beginning. The AI element is much nearer to Genuine Stupidy than Artificial Intelligence and, at times, the pronunciation, in Spanish, was truly appalling! Frankly, I am pleased to no longer have access to the app.
Has two games - word search and dueling. No matching, etc. If you want to use AI tutor, where you learn to speak Spanish in real situations, it doubles the price. I've used better apps.
