How do I apply a coupon code? I already booked my flight and I sincerely don't see anywhere to use the coupon. I thought if I keep going, it'll show up. It did not.
i had my trip protection. but after weather causing the havoc and I not being able to complete my whole trip. they just opened a case with the airline which has taken more than 3 weeks just to get part of the refund not even all of it.

I always have a problem with you not spacing my last name Ward Reid. My given name is Ward and my married name is Reid it is on my Federal ID . I had a problem last time I booked with Expedia they were going to charge me a fee to change my ticket, but they gave me a one time courtesy. I don't want this to happen again.

too expensive to book
double charged me for a booking. customer service worthless. keep asking me for screenshots, confirmation numbers,etc. when I leave the chat to retrieve them, they disconnect me. terrible. never again

my most recent transaction is scetchy Expedia charged me 220 when I got receipt from stay at hotel it was 164 big difference even if that was before taxes doesn't match up I will never use Expedia again my suggestion go to hotel sight and book through them it is cheaper and more legit

this app is hard to navigate around
expedia has committed fraud on my credit card, beware
cannot access my flight. provided itinerary #, flight #s, ticket #s, conformation #. no results. request information, send message to request access. never ending loop. thos site is worthless and gives me nothing but headaches.

Why should I use them when there are all these exceptions.
