upgrade for this.. upgrade for that.. forget it. Bit ironic an app wants to help you financially but wants your money also. uninstalling this.

Literally the one thing I want this app for is to download a credit report and there's no way to do it. I also get an email to ask me to give feedback, click on the link, and it just opens the app? Not to a feedback section or survey or anything? There's literally no use in this app. "See report" and "View credit score" are treated as interchangeable which is not right. I want to actually DOWNLOAD my credit report. don't take me to the same view by clicking either of those? waste of time
So. Experian email me, urging me to login as an account has been opened in my name. I do so in my browser but the details are only available in the app. I duly download the app, which allows me to see a little more info, but still doesn't actually allow me to see the new account. DDG then kicks in and intercepts over 400 tracking attempts in only five minutes from Google, Salesforce and "Mixpanel". Now I see why they want me to install their useless app! It's a personal-data sharing scam.
Never , No , A Big no . they will spoil your credit score to get paid and get it fix . please avoid this service for your future
The app won't install, I'm using a generic branded Huawei p30 pro phone but it says I'm using a rooted or jail broken phone when I aren't... I'M NOT USING A JAIL BROKEN OR ROOTED PHONE. What's the point me contacting Huawei? That's not going to fix the issue of being unable to install your app.
makes it too easy to get loans , get in debt and get in trouble. i do not understand why an app which is supposed to help with your debt and improve your credit score does nothing but offer to plunge you deeper into debt. i fell into its trap and it took me a long time to recover. do not engage with this app it is counter intuative and the help it offers dont help.

completely useless app that charges you for what others do for free whilst still advertising nonsense cards to you like the free ones do
no phone number or customer support they stop me from getting credit and refuse to tell me why.
I regularly get an error code and it won't let me log in. Not worth paying for.
Disappointed. Have been using the app for years, but recently it stopped working and it won't let me log in. Keep getting the message "Something went wrong. Try again later." I've contacted the Experian via email, but got the reply about the change of score and a question if I want my case closed. Do better Experian. Use real people and not AI.
