An update. It still just plays games by telling you you have some things you can do to improve but blanks them out unless you pay. They should be paying you for your data. Not the other way around. Use Money Saving Expert Credit club and it gives you all the Experian data for free. No Brainer. No companies seem to use experian they tend to use Transunion. Credit Karma and Totally Money are better.

Was looking for specific app and tapped on first app on the top, however Experian app was on the top as an add so I installed it by Play Store invasive strategy. It is not Experian's fault but shows how easy you can install any app what you don't want.
its not an APP its just a shortcut to the Internet, rubbish and never actually loads

Waste of time. couldn't access the report they promised me.
My Credit score dropped 100 pts without any explanation or reason. The app stated there were no missed payments, no mortgage issues, no overdraft, no credit card limit reach, nothing. But the score dropped God knows why.
to log in I now have to enter a pin, then my username and password then I get a 2FA by text. At the end of the process I get to a screen asking me to set up a pin, with no option to skip. Not worth it, and its a free app.
