Terrible phone support. It is very difficult to actually speak to a live representative with the automated being redundant. Fix this Experian!

Please add a tablet layout for foldable devices. I just don't understand why there's no dark theme... This would've been the perfect time to add dark mode support with the new interface seeming as how it's been a feature in Android since version 9.0..... We're in Android 17 and still don't have this feature support in your app. I just can't get my head around that. I'm disappointed.

I don't agree with a 3rd party having access to my digital twin, my credit person created by the state with their birth certificate without a contract, but somehow or another it is what it is. Have you ever thought that you are being asked to pay a monthly service charge to view your own credit report with an organization that you never sat down with to sign a contract detailing what you're paying for, the information that they report on, and what gives them power and authority to do so?
