I've recently been getting unspecified errors when trying to log into my experian account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This helps for a day or two before I begin to "experian-ce" the same issue. UPDATE: Logging into the website works, but I'm still having issues with the app version. UPDATE: 5/7/2026 The experian app is trash! Scrap it and throw it out. I give it ZERO STARS. STILL NOT FIXED.

this whole platform suck. I cannot sign into my account, an every attempt to change password or speak to customer service is a BIG FAT fail. why?! Because they use BOTs! the Bot won't transfer me to customer service, and every time I try to get the bot to unlock my account, it doesn't. called two different numbers and got the same bot. smh yall need tobdo better 😤 leaving feedback doesn't fix the issue. fixing the issue does😒🤦🏾
EDIT:::: Hi, Lori. I still stand by my original statement, "This app is ALWAYS broken! I can't even log in to cancel my $29.99 subscription! Experian is literally stealing money from my account!" but if You can cancel my subscription and refund my money that would make things right!
horrible app never let's me log in
this is the worst app and worst service I've ever experienced. you cant even get past the "create account" page because the app will CRASH the second you click on the verification link it sends you through messages. stay far from this app if you enjoy the limited time you have on this planet. God forbid you want to sign back into your account as well because it will say an "error" has occurred try again later. That again will never come. it also takes about 3 years for your id verifications to c
Its been a month since this app works whenever it wants to.
Works when it feels like it. Haven't been able to login to app in over a month.
Ok app for monitoring my credit. Constantly getting notices and email about credit cards, stopping subscriptions, adding utilities, car insurance etc. no matter how many times I unsubsribe or the fact that settings are set to not get these notifications. Experian should stop spamming. It's not wanted. Eliminate the junk and just be a credit monitor as you are supposed to be. This is the reason for low star rating.
Could use more direct information/ haven't been able to get on the app for a few weeks now what's going on?
