not at all a good option buying this camera .. am having 2 camera same model same both of them are offline most of the time.. after connecting with lan cable also the problem remains the same .. wifi connection was not holding properly that's why I shifted to lan cable but still the problem remains.. not at all recommendable..

The camera was working fantastic, till update. I updated application and now my cameras are not visible or identified. I am staying 500 kms away and now unable to track or see the view for which the camera was installed. During update of application, the settings should not get disturbed. I regularly update app of my other camera, but never faced this issue.

Using E35Q, SD card is inserted and it still shows no memory card connected. after I restarted the device, the playback option comes back only for a while and again I am unable to see playback.
motion detection sound not come
PLEASE DO NOT BUY CP Plus since it is totally unreliable. 1. The ezycam app suddenly crashes. 2. Though I bought their cloud subscription, I'm unable to view previous recordings. 3. Even the basic functionalities are not working. 4. After the latest update, I'm unable to use the app itself. It's offline. I'm unable to open it. It's not working. If you check other comments, they're facing the same issue too.

I bought 5 cameras for full godam coverage, after purchasing I found that cameras stop recording in local storage of no internet but it manageable then I found many issue in this app from login to playback this app full of bug, finnally THROW ALL CAMERAS TO SHOPKEEPER SHOP and Take Full Refund. My suggestion that NEVER BUY ANY camera that operating app is ❌Ezykam app❌ it's wrost camera app , I never see more worst camera app to compare it

After upgrading to latest version device not working getting error as "failed to establish secure connection" contacted help desk waste they don't have any solution.

Today MAY 2nd, I am using it from Feb and the app shows offline most of the time, simply told switch off and reset. From April 30th night 10pm to till May app show online but if I open the device it shows offline and recording also not done. worst cp plus and support team. waste of buying.

bahot hi ghatiya camera hai kabhi automatic wifi chhod deta hai bina wifi ke recording band ho jaati hai isko subah morning me mobile ka hotspot on kar ke dena padega bahot hi jyada bakwas chij hai bahot hi ghatiya product hai

RESEARCH CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING THESE CAMERAS!! Big mistake I made buying these rubbish!! they only detect bugs & flying insects & cobwebs I have tried all settings & nothing helps.. either it detects all the bugs along with people or nothing!?I set motion detection for day/night, people are walking in front of the camera (no bugs) & nothing is recorded .. mid night no ppl but 1 or 2 bugs or cobwebs flying & that is recorded every 5 mins!! What the fcuk!!?? ZERO RATING!!

It is good but at the right time the video hangs and there is a lag, whereas the phone is good but there is a lot of lag, improve the net, reduce the high speed, use less data and install something like this so that there is no problem. I will give my rating again when this problem is fixed. Please fix it soon and it runs smoothly.
wrost app and technical team does not provide support.
I have been trying to get some support on their WhatsApp, and the support sucks. No analysis, just advices to reinstall the app, try on another phone, and delayed replies. However if my response is delayed by a minute, they are eager to end the chat. I do not recommend this. Previously used an IMOU cam, and it had no issues, and they had great suport. I bought this only because it's home made, and I now regret the choice.

Motion tracking is not working. Mine is a new camera. And recording not working. after recording, video has only audio and an image in it. Options are just waste.

bug reported in mobile....kindly fix as unable to add camera on mobile
Very very disappointing experience. Most of the time camera goes offline without any reasons and its really difficult to manage the foot prints when we are not physically present there. Most important it does not cpature all the movements. WIll not recommend people to use ezycam. Thanks

Is the latest update working? bcz no positive reviews for latest update... why ezykam+ developers fool to force latest update while they not developed a smooth experience?
