Keeps telling me its found a vulnerability and to update my Google Chrome. There is no update for Google Chrome. Cant even uninstall and I never downloaded.
Crashes continuallyinstead of opening on new Samsung Galaxy S10 FE tablet. Response from developer confirmed is as a known problem & that Samsung is supposedly working on a fix.

everything worked fine on my phone with Lookout don't know why you had to change something that worked because this one does not never informs you of anything
Does not work on Galaxy tablet. Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, still doesn't work. Irritating and disappointed to pay for security that will not work on all my devices.

I'm glad I read the other reviews before updating this app that is suddenly on my phone. TLDR: This used to be Lookout then changed owners and is now unusable unless you update then sign up for a trial into paid. Lots of background resource hogging too, etc etc. Nah. TWEI. Uninstalled.

Does not work on my Relndoo_P30_A15 tablet. Update: 5/4/26 - I think the issue might be that F-secure assumes that all Android 15 devices have the new Android security built-in. However this is only true for A15 cells, not tablets. My A15 tablet does not have the built-in security and should be treated as a prior to A15 device. There's no option in the F-Secure Mobile Security app for this.
I installed this app on my new tablet and it keeps force closing. My Android tablet is model T901 Android version 15.App version is 10.57-ff32089. I did everything you said in the last post but still can't get it to open. can't find dm info. I emailed you but no response as of yet.

I've paid for the premium account and the money has been taken from my account yet you've cancelled my subscription. This is the second year in a row this has happened. It is ridiculously difficult to contact anyone to get support. Once I managed to chat with someone their solution was to keep sending me a broken link. Please address this ASAP.
I have had lookout for many years, on phone and tablet. For some reason it will not open on my new galaxy s10 ultra, I keep getting an error message to update, which I have done several times, and it still will not open. After reading other reviews, it appears that I am not the only one that has this problem....

I'm a Senior on a Fixed Low Income. I have a Free Gov Phone which Only Has 16MG Storage Space!! My phone constantly says clear my storage which is so annoying! Today I went to manage my Apps & there was this App?? Would appreciate prior notification b4 being added to the rest of the "MANDATORY Google Apps" that i Don't Use!! They sit there unused & take up storage space on my phone.
When I have time to create a new cryptic F-Secure-specific forwarder to my actual tertiary email - which is none of F-Secure Oy's business - I'll run the free trial and maybe add a * or 4. But we're not off to a good start - impertinence-wise - for what it's worth. Let people take this thing for a spin first; and THEN start your data-mining machine. NOT before one's even had a glimpse! It's you who want our money, after all, not the other way around! - P.S. Shame really: I was genuinely curious!
BS!!!!! On And Off Site! I've bought the year subscription to check it out! after the trial expired. uninstall/reinstall multiple times. Off would be the attempts to log back in! change password, security! finally, I reached my unsuccessful experience paying for Fsucker!!! keep the $59.99!

been enjoying the app for several years...until today! On my tablet Galaxy Tab S8, my Gmail will not open email so I can read it. The mail opens but with a blank screen where the text should be. when scrolling, email text flashes on screen. Unable to deactivate app, unable to delete app, unable to read email! When I try to open app, it briefly opens then closes. On Pixel 10XL Pro, which also has mobile security, everything is working well. Only the tablet is having issues.
Update to review below. App will no longer open because my system says it has a bug. This app keeps crashing. my Samsung Galaxy S9 tablet tells me tge app has a bug which needs to be fixed
It seems when it changed to F Secure, I lost the upgrade I had paid for a year. Got no where with complant.
Bug Report: F-Secure on Galaxy Tab S9 FE I’ve used this service (formerly Lookout) since 2016 without issue until now. On my Galaxy Tab S9 FE (Android 16, One UI 8.0), the system reports a bug, and the app no longer functions. Both the app and tablet are fully up to date. The app works on my Z Fold 7 but not my tablet. Given the premium subscription cost, I expect reliable protection across my devices. I hope your developers can provide a compatibility fix as soon as possible.
it says it is installed but can't find it anywhere in my phone. I never installed it and can't find it to uninstall it.
