A couple years ago Retouch Me was great, the People behind the Retouches were amazing. However, now, they are clearly using AI. I know this, because I was trying to Edit an Image using AI and didn't like it, so I went to Retouch Me but got the EXACT SAME Errors the AI made. Not only are the Humans not even Human at Retouch Me anymore, but the Pricing is just ridiculous. $5 Dollars for 100 Coins, and NO REFUNDS. Keep in mind, everything is like 50 - 200+ Coins. So yeah, terrible App now.

paid $2 so thankfully not a lot for some editing services, but it does NOT work at all, keep getting an error message and the app's chat service is not helpful at all. unfortunately useless and a waste of money.
worst app
I was trying to correct flashing in the eyes of a dog and some shadow on the front of her face. they completely took all of her natural color away making her white. the fact that we have to pay for it before we get to see the product is sketchy. as a person who takes a lot of photographs and edits, I could have done a better job. I already gave them a successfully edited picture. I just wanted some tweaks in areas that my other apps weren't permitting me to edit specifically.

this used to be an awesome app. pictures were ready in a short period of time. you even had an option to pay a little more for a faster option. Now its horrible IT TAKES HOURS for a picture to be ready. I hate it!!!!! and that faster option is no longer available. Now the only option is they will give you more credits if you decide to wait longer lol. like 5 hours ain't long enough. This is bad!!

this app DOES NOT ALLOW you to edit your photo yourself. You can only send your photo to "editor" (perhaps someone else) and you have to wait for 6 hours? Sending ur photo to an anonymous editor are u kidding me? Who knows maybe those anonymous editors are horny pajeets. No privacy at all, and you have to pay upfront, no preview
My cousin wanted her hair filled in on top with more volume. This app couldn't do it and what it managed to do was horrible. Her fuller hair on the sides wasn't even the same color or blended. No change to her thinning hair on top. What a waste. So glad I only spent $0.99 plus tax.

Im really wondering how much money others invested into this app to even say the wait times aren't bad-- because I waited over 6 hours for one photo, and there was literally nothing changed in it. ive used a lot of AI powered apps before but this one is by far the worst, everything is behind a pay wall, and you still have to wait hours for a not even edited photo.

they ask credit card info to start a free trial and then deduct the amount as soon as you add the credit card. their free trial is a way to scam the users.
paying money and waiting 6 hours for retouching? 🤬🤬🤬 the result is not desirable after hours of waiting and the "redo" basically doesn't work even when I add my comments and the send button doesn't work. so frustrating

They will take your credits, but not do any change to the photo. They will just send you back the photo the same way it was. It is literally a fraud.

worst app it's first shows it's free and then it charges money to modify the image.. don't download the app
I opted for an editing that would take a little bit longer, in order to get some credits back. I was originally quoted 9 hours for the edit to be done, however it's been over 24 now... still saying I have over 2 hours wait.
