SCAM WARNING. dont part with any money. it will be like throwing it down the drain. they take your money and then, they don't credit your account. you complain to them and after several days, they reply telling you to contact Google support. when you ckntact Google support, they tell you it is an app developer issue. this happened twice on two accounts so, it is not a one off. this company is a scam, 100 per cent.

Earlier some features of this application were free, now it is asking for money for everything...this will be the reason for its downfall.
you give free credit daily but when i use it. they said my production is locked due to frequent submission, then whats the point of giving free credits if u not allow to use it! sending email but also no response!

used this app back in 2022 then deleted it for some reasons. I just remembered it and decided to download it again, all I can say is that I am very disappointed right now. it is so much worse, no improvement.

Unfortunatly after purchasing ultra, it wouldnt allow me the option to actually use the diy video. It kept returning back to the purchase page, and even when I tried to repurchase it, it gave me the error message that I did purchase it prior. I'm in a limbo,spent money, and haven't been able to use the service I purchased:(

I repurchased FacePlay Ultra after support said I was logged in from a different account. During the refund, the app deducted 2500 coins but never returned them. I sent proof and payment receipts, yet support claims the coins were “used.” Google also charged me again for a full year, but my coins remain missing.
I can't use it, please help.
I already subscribed for ultra member but I still have to buy the coin so sad, before I can use it unlimited.

This developer is getting greedier by the day. most of the daily templates that used to be included in the premium membership for free, now charges minimally 1 coin to generate. So what is the purpose of the subscription? Almost every new templates becomes 'pay to generate' model.
i have subscribed ultra package, paid for 3 times repeatedly, but still cannot use custom faceswap feature!!!! How can i get refund for extra payments???
it was great in the very first months of release now i checked it again and its full of Americans videos the asian ones were decent and nice plus modest but these european stuff is just too disgusting iwish i could give minus 5 stars
