Unfortunatly after purchasing ultra, it wouldnt allow me the option to actually use the diy video. It kept returning back to the purchase page, and even when I tried to repurchase it, it gave me the error message that I did purchase it prior. I'm in a limbo,spent money, and haven't been able to use the service I purchased:(

I repurchased FacePlay Ultra after support said I was logged in from a different account. During the refund, the app deducted 2500 coins but never returned them. I sent proof and payment receipts, yet support claims the coins were “used.” Google also charged me again for a full year, but my coins remain missing.
I can't use it, please help.
I already subscribed for ultra member but I still have to buy the coin so sad, before I can use it unlimited.

This developer is getting greedier by the day. most of the daily templates that used to be included in the premium membership for free, now charges minimally 1 coin to generate. So what is the purpose of the subscription? Almost every new templates becomes 'pay to generate' model.
i have subscribed ultra package, paid for 3 times repeatedly, but still cannot use custom faceswap feature!!!! How can i get refund for extra payments???
it was great in the very first months of release now i checked it again and its full of Americans videos the asian ones were decent and nice plus modest but these european stuff is just too disgusting iwish i could give minus 5 stars

I bought the ultra and was doing a bunch of DIY and now it just won't work. My entire account. I can't do anything. Nothing finishes creating and it just loads and loads but nothing ever happens. I was ready to pay the weekly fee because of how great it was working but then suddenly boom, it just doesn't work. I just made a new account with a different email and I can do stuff on there. So was my account banned or something? also, charging 3 coins for DIY photos when you're an ultra member now?
