Why would y'all get rid of the blue & purple lighting effects??? That's almost exclusively what I used this app for 🤦🏻♂️ usually an "update" comprises an UPGRADE-it's completely regressive to get rid of your best feature for no reason! PLEASE BRING IT BACK 🙏

The ultimate bait-and-switch: despite their advertising on Play Store, their website, and within the app itself, Facetune doesn't tell you that even if you pay for VIP, you cannot edit videos already on your phone. You can only use the app's live camera mode for fresh recordings. You can't import videos into Facetune from your phone's camera or anywhere else. Pretty scammy behavior from such a major app!
the hair textures have changed to total AI and looks ridiculous. no longer looks professional. instead left lookin like cut n paste helmets on head instead of natural. why change things that weren't broken. won't be renewing

I used to absolutely love Facetune. It was my go-to app for quick edits, so I decided to upgrade and invest in the Facetune Premium Subscription. Unfortunately, the past 24 hours have been a complete nightmare, and this experience has entirely changed my perspective on the company.
Do not download this app it wants to download your data and use it as biometrics! Uninstalled!! I value my privacy way too damn much for an app!
I was charged before the end of my trial. I was supposed to receive a notification before the end of the trial.
Be careful when cancelling the subscription. Facerune only accepts cancellations done via their website. If you cancel via a Play Store - they will still charge you!
Purchased VIP but it doesn't work and constantly prompts me to buy it... Even though I ALREADY DID. No VIP access, only the bill. Already messaged tech support and they're giving me the run around. DO. NOT. PURCHASE. THIS. SUBSCRIPTION!!!

charges me after canceling
forced to make an account because I wanted to know my face shape. started the free trial and there is no way to access a way to scan my face to know my face shape! this app is a scam to get you to start a trial and pay out money for nothing.
the good reviews on here are botted accounts. the company is a scam and will not refund you even if you meet the criteria. ive never been so frustrated to the point where i felt the need to leave a review. but f these guys!
Don't like that to just use it for the free time you have to give a credit card. No thanks.

This app is joke! options are only few and the quality is bad. i cancelled the same day and have a notification about it. But still,I have been charge for the yearly subscription! Fraud!
don't bother. predatory billing. can't get a refund and only used the app a couple times during the free trial.

Great for editing especially red eye but everything is behind a paywall. Can't save anything without a $40 subscription.
updated light effects are really bad. the previous light effects were amazing. bring it back!!!
hair cut options were extremely limited.
before the update,the hair styles were more natural and suitable like it's your own hair,but lately it became the opposite,unfortunately,please bring back the old version before this one🙏
