app is a buggy mess. ok if don't change pre selected meals but is buggy if u select manually. Cant cancel via app only website. new bug where when deselect pre selected meals it converts back to old meals. if deselect one meal it will never save new meal, only work if do on website. i have 6 meal plan so if i delete one meal it then shows need to pay for extra meal even though already included in plan. these devs are complete idiots new bug eachweek. cancel,to much ofa hassle to do simple tasks
App was updated recently but still says they're having technical difficulties. Can't even alter my plan or even cancel my plan again since they updated.
The same spices are used in different meals and the flavors are not good. Canceled after the first order.

meals are fine, app is abysmal edit: that yucky ai reply is like the cherry on top, maybe use humans and your product will actually work.
If meals come damaged they don't give refunds or replacements. First time they offered a credit to cover the cost of the meal, but the credit can't be applied as a discount to the next meal order so it's virtually unusable. This time, many months later, the credit was only $5.75, which doesn't even cover the cost of the meal, and again, will be unusable before it expires in a few months.
i dont know what's happened but i upgraded to galaxy s26 ultra and since redownloading the factor app, I can not access my existing account. I logged in with the same email and it's a totally different interface, meal preferences are different names (like protein plus and keto) and all the plans are talking about being for two people. All my order history is gone too. and yes ive double checked the email. dont know how to dm on here so I emailed support
food is good but increasingly became too expensive to afford. When trying to cancel subscription, I kept getting run around., finally had to go to bank and get new debit card.
I cancelled this after a couple weeks but still got an additional box with no notification a box was on its way until the day of delivery. this company is garbage. food isn't great either. goodbye factor. you're terrible
Offers and rewards unclaimable and unclear. Referral page shows credits received, but credit balance shows 0. Received free meal box, clicked redeem on email, it just opened app and nothing changes. Customer care is useless, even they cannot navigate the fine print on all their offers.

beware generating an account will obligate you to atleast one order. there is no help center it is outsourced to India.
Paid for the box, was never delivered. Courier said I was not home and then that I refused the box. They still charged me full price
Way too pricey. When you decide to cancel your subscription make sure you cancel your next box before you cancel your account. I was still charged when I closed my account 10 minutes after I opened it.
i made a subscription to see the menu. within 20 minutes I had cancelled it because it is not what type of food I am looking for. i deactivated my account and the page says "you will not receive any additional charges". i got charged 93$ for the subscription and just got a box of food I did not choose (I can't choose, I deactivated my account!!!) nor wanted. Thanks factor.
"Something went wrong" the app is unusable outside of selecting the meals. Zero other options work; cannot check tracking information, cannot contact the company via app, cannot access any other menus. I recently downloaded the app and signed in. No updates available, just a broken app. You must use the browser to get anything done.

my mates got this to me and in the day of food delivery I waited for 8 till 12 am, paid extra money for it and the food never arrived. Berlin.b stay away and have a wonderful day with some other service
I've been charged twice, and not a single delivery made. website is not very transparent. Bad UX practices are used and intentionally stall when trying to find status.
these morons will send you dinners with mushrooms when you don't eat mushrooms.
Overpriced for medium quality food and poor customer service if you need to make adjustments, better off trying another option
skip this food service, I skipped weeks in app and they billed and sent them, basically said it was my problem. Called again and was told I was a liar and no refund. so their food rotted in the box and refused to refund their mistake.

You cannot see the meal options until you enter your credit card. After looking at the meal options, I decided Factor_ wasn't for me and made sure that there were no meals selected and that my subscription was cancelled. I did all of this within 30 minutes of initially signing up. I received all the communications from Factor_ stating my subscription was cancelled. So I was surprised to have a box of meals delivered today & to see a charge on my account. And of course customer service is a bot.
Why do you send notifications at 5:39am on a SATURDAY, making my phone go off and waking me up? No, I'm not using your service again Meals: decent. I don't know what it is about their chicken that they changed but I can't stomach it. Almost every side contains zucchini or cauliflower. Very little diversity. I can't stand zucchini, and I got sick of buying a $12 entrée that I enjoyed, and skipping the side because all of them have zucchini. These meals are too expensive to only eat half of it.
Green beans. Green beans everywhere. Where is the variety in vegetables? I can't find it. Why would I want half of what I pay for be the vegetable I despise. I disliked Cook Unity because they had chefs labeling spicy foods as not spicy, but at least the vegetables were more varied, and I could find a dish I liked with a veggie I like. But when nearly every main course I liked the looks of only comes with green beans... really puts me off. What about broccoli?
The app is horrible, I can only seem to select meals via the website. The app always seems to reset my meal selection to whatever was default. This has been a consistently occurring issue for 4 weeks now and continuing.
Too expensive, it was 15$s a meal and the was with the 20% off gimmick. the first box i got they shorted me one meal and never refunded my account. then i forgot to skip the next week and they hit my account for 87$ at 1am, i try and cancel it but customer service was unavailable that early. so I tried again to reach customer at 1030am and they said it was to late to refund and cancel the box even though it's a week before that box will arrive on my doorstep. they r no good.
Costs over $80 a week for food you could buy at a grocery store for $6 a meal. The portions are only 600-700 calories. literally a waste of money.
They will NEVER stop spamming you if you cancel. It has been 4 years, I have called dozens of times asking for the junk mail to stop because their food is bad, they've stalked me across two addresses, it's annoying as all get out. The food is *okay* but not worth the price. get the recipe then go buy the ingredients at your grocery store and you'll save money AND make tastier food.
My expensive delivery has been stolen multiple times and they intentionally Misdeliver it to my neighbor's at the apartments, so they can run back and steal it after they upload the photo of it being delivered. super sketchy ghetto third party company they use. don't use Factor as the delivery drivers are thieves
decided to give them a go. created my account . thinking I can choose the foods or meals I want or see a menu you What I'll be getting . no i cant they tell me to pay 90.00 for 10 meal meal plan I choose... first. well who the heck buys something they dont know what there getting first. lost me as a customer as soon as seen the buy first choose later approach. terrible
canceled my subscription. they didn't deliver my meal or msg me to let me know they're was a delay or some kind of mix up. I had to reach out to them and told they'll refund me but I won't be getting food for the week. I've had the service for a month and never had this problem. they won't be able to refund me for 5 to 10 business days. so not only did I pay 150$ for food but im out that money till next week.

when it comes to their site is absolutely horrible it will constantly log you out and not let you choose your food until it's too late as far as I can tell this seems like a complete scam to just get rid of food that they don't want.
the app is pretty pointless. you can't really do anything with it other than rate meals.
I have issues with saving my meal selections most of the time which is not a great experience. Today I can't even use the app because it's telling me there's an update (there is no update) and now the app won't launch at all. Great job 👏🏾

"Factor" likes to take your money without any confirmation or warning. This week, we forgot to cancel our order, and instead of reminding us, they selected meals for us and charged our account overnight. When my husband called to request a refund (€107), a woman from their "customer support" laughed at his request. Only after a heated argument did she agree to refund 50%. So they took 50% of our money for NOTHING! An absolutely scummy company with disrespectful people in their so-calle"support."
The app is broken, to change meals you need to use the website now. I'll give this a 5 star when it's fixed. 10/2025 Yeah nothing has changed, app is still trash. 4/2026
The latest update has caused it to constantly refresh when selecting meals so it is impossible to scroll through the options.
you can't see the meals until after you pay. I dont even know if I CAN even eat the food they offer. I have allergies and can not eat meat. I don't want to pay for something I might not even want.
