Green beans. Green beans everywhere. Where is the variety in vegetables? I can't find it. Why would I want half of what I pay for be the vegetable I despise. I disliked Cook Unity because they had chefs labeling spicy foods as not spicy, but at least the vegetables were more varied, and I could find a dish I liked with a veggie I like. But when nearly every main course I liked the looks of only comes with green beans... really puts me off. What about broccoli?

Too expensive, it was 15$s a meal and the was with the 20% off gimmick. the first box i got they shorted me one meal and never refunded my account. then i forgot to skip the next week and they hit my account for 87$ at 1am, i try and cancel it but customer service was unavailable that early. so I tried again to reach customer at 1030am and they said it was to late to refund and cancel the box even though it's a week before that box will arrive on my doorstep. they r no good.

They will NEVER stop spamming you if you cancel. It has been 4 years, I have called dozens of times asking for the junk mail to stop because their food is bad, they've stalked me across two addresses, it's annoying as all get out. The food is *okay* but not worth the price. get the recipe then go buy the ingredients at your grocery store and you'll save money AND make tastier food.

decided to give them a go. created my account . thinking I can choose the foods or meals I want or see a menu you What I'll be getting . no i cant they tell me to pay 90.00 for 10 meal meal plan I choose... first. well who the heck buys something they dont know what there getting first. lost me as a customer as soon as seen the buy first choose later approach. terrible
canceled my subscription. they didn't deliver my meal or msg me to let me know they're was a delay or some kind of mix up. I had to reach out to them and told they'll refund me but I won't be getting food for the week. I've had the service for a month and never had this problem. they won't be able to refund me for 5 to 10 business days. so not only did I pay 150$ for food but im out that money till next week.

when it comes to their site is absolutely horrible it will constantly log you out and not let you choose your food until it's too late as far as I can tell this seems like a complete scam to just get rid of food that they don't want.
the app is pretty pointless. you can't really do anything with it other than rate meals.
I have issues with saving my meal selections most of the time which is not a great experience. Today I can't even use the app because it's telling me there's an update (there is no update) and now the app won't launch at all. Great job 👏🏾

"Factor" likes to take your money without any confirmation or warning. This week, we forgot to cancel our order, and instead of reminding us, they selected meals for us and charged our account overnight. When my husband called to request a refund (€107), a woman from their "customer support" laughed at his request. Only after a heated argument did she agree to refund 50%. So they took 50% of our money for NOTHING! An absolutely scummy company with disrespectful people in their so-calle"support."
The app is broken, to change meals you need to use the website now. I'll give this a 5 star when it's fixed. 10/2025 Yeah nothing has changed, app is still trash. 4/2026
The latest update has caused it to constantly refresh when selecting meals so it is impossible to scroll through the options.
you can't see the meals until after you pay. I dont even know if I CAN even eat the food they offer. I have allergies and can not eat meat. I don't want to pay for something I might not even want.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. I tried Factor for months, and twice they have delivered an entire box of unwanted, unordered food when I had SKIPPED the week in the app. They won't take any responsibility so on top of $14 meals (it costs about $13.82/meal including delivery after the discounts wear off) there is this huge expense and wasted food. There was also an employee's hair baked into ground beef which they didn't seem to think was a big deal. Very disappointed. Not worth what they're charging.
The website was not helpful so I used the app which barely works, especially the chat service because they take forever to respond which forces it constantly disconnect. It took 4 tries to get connected. After some back and forth my issue was not resolved. I decided I'll just cancel after my last box. A few days later my box is missing meals, they try to issue me a credit to try keep me. So I had to call to change it to a refund because I'm not ordering anything else from this company.
Have had multiple misdeliveries and canceled orders in the last few weeks. Have started looking for other options.

They don't know how to cancel this membership, when I day i don't want it and can't afford it, just cancel it period don't give me options. They pause the plan for 3 months and then instead of contacting you to see if everything is ok or can we start the plan back up for you without permission they charge your account without permission. That's stealing and I'm not happy at all
Food is stellar. App has poorly implemented interaction with its backend which results in laggy and untrustworthy UI and missed orders. Feedback system is unusable.
I canceled my "membership" and subscription prior to receiving any meals. I had decided it was too expensive. 4 meals showed up at my home .... that I DID NOT ORDER as I had canceled prior. They are telling me I owe over $64 for these FOUR meals because the payment didn't go through. The payment didn't go through because I did not want any meals from them. They shipped anyway and are now harassing me for the money. Do not get involved with these people. They are scammers.

Some buttons just do nothing, and when having an issue with payment I was assured by customer service I'd get my meals, then nothing was delivered. So now I have to make up a meal plan quickly for the next week. This was my first delivery btw, what a nice first impression. If you're able to go hungry for a week then I highly recommend

On my Samsung S24+ Android phone, for the latest update this app has a bug. When I attempt to select this week's meals, the meal list keeps continuously updating, about every 2 seconds. I cannot make any changes because it keeps overriding with the default list of this week's meals. On my iPhone, the Factor 75 app does not have this bug.
Glitching and lagging
Absolutely atrocious garbage app. The desktop website works fine-save yourself an aneurysm and use that instead. Just some of the ways this app is broken: • The app resets your place in the meals list after every selection. • You have to close a popup asking you to buy add-ons after every selection. (This was just introduced as an exciting new "feature.") • If you change your box size for the week, the app will confirm the change but still require you to select your usual number of meals.
food is way to expensive for how bland and bad the food is. they'll try and rope you in with the 5 week promo code, but dont do it. try something else. not worth it.

Buyer beware. They shipped my 1st order to California, when I'm in Indiana. Instead of applying the full 1st order discount to my next (truly the first, given the issues w/ delivery), they charged me more for the 2nd order saying the credit would be applied "later" to my account. It seems like a ruse to prevent you from using the discount to try their food/service. I've canceled my a account, but couldn't cancel this upcoming order--so I'm left w/ a charge that's $60 more than what it should be
slow and laggy. not intuitive at all. works only as well as the website. trying to track my box because it's late and I get stuck on their overly ridiculous ''factor. eat like a pro'' black opening page. even when you can manage to get in, it's still slow.
update installed 3 days ago and now app won't work to allow modifications to deliveries or to change meals.

the app repeatedly fights me when I try to reduce delivered meals per week. I change it from 10 to 7 and it seems to save then it won't let me confirm the order once I select 7 meals. it tells me to select three more to continue. ABSOLUTELY MADDENING
My experience with Factor has been awful from the start. My first delivery had a busted meal that leaked everywhere, and all I got was a weak $15 credit that barely helped. On top of that, my packages aren’t even delivered to my door, completely defeating the purpose of paying for convenience. The meals are overpriced, portions are small, and customer service doesn’t truly fix anything. Overall, it’s frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the money at all.
