I don't understand, and I am trying to cancel the premium. No response from customer service for two weeks. worried about the bill
1/31/26Updt WORSE no swipe to verify Can't see/get in envelopes, just show a report. Hopefully i get a refund bc it's unusable Updt: I hate this app but I haven't heard better about others. Takes over 30 seconds, 8 taps & some typing to log 1 transaction. So annoying. It's hard to figure out even after a year. update that added stuff that could have waited & they could have figured out how to log a transactions w/ 3/less taps. I want to love this bc I love but I hate this app. I miss Mvelopes.
The app has no value. none . I am paying 3.99 for Nothing.
The Faithfi app is too complicated for me. If I had a couple months to get to know it, it might work for me. But as of now, and this is the second time I've downloaded it, I do not like it.
These kinds of apps prey on the faithful by making religion part of their brand and then seeming more trustworthy. Faith has nothing to do with envelope budgeting, investing, etc. I won't be surprised if the user contacts are being sold to all kinds of scams. The app itself is also very buggy and honestly is harder to manage than just setting up a few debit or prepaid cards and using them as envelopes. Or set up a savings account that also pays interest, you can give interest to charity.
Prescribed functions don't work... Can't set date calendar for envelopes or plans
Says to select subscription to cancel. Not an option. Can't even cancel that's even complicated..!!!! App not user friendly!!! Would love to cancel
This is the hardest app to use. It's not intuitive and it doesn't make sense. I miss the old fashioned paper forms that made sense. And there are no love humans to help. Don't bother with this app. Maybe in time they'll fix it but not likely. Also while there are free parts,ost of it has a charge and when trying to get outta debt and I to a budget throwing money at an App is so not what I need right now.
Problem with adding my salary. They should have a in person chat. It has been 11 days since download and assistance and still does not work! Horrible app.

I put the app on my phone and then couldn't even get past signing up because it kept telling me my email address was invalid. So very frustrated, so I just took it back off my phone. Disappointing after hearing the radio program that promoted it.

It already has a name! It's in the category groceries! why do I have to go through this extra step? And I have to create an account for the funds to be pulled from? I just want to track! it is too hard to learn, and the instructions don't explain why you should do certain things for people who are beginners at finance. it is not user friendly.
frustrating - auto acct linking doesn't work for me
I like the idea and need this in my life but it is not allowing me to upgrade or link my accounts. All in all I'm finding it frustrating.
Setting an income plan is buggy. Won't let me pick my actual paydays on the calendar, and the planned amount doesn't calculate properly.
Don't like this app. It is confusing and expensive, given it is supposed to help me manage my budget.
I like the idea, but it's very slow and complicated...
Credit Karma was the app when this review "More confusing than True Bill, which I don't use either because it's confusing!!! I am going to stick with Mint!" was written! Up one star in case there's an improvement in more than name and logo "FaithFi: Faith & Finance
Very manual despite computer app
It is a bit too complicated to be practical, requiring quite a bit of learning if you haven't used an envelope method before. It also doesn't connect all your accounts. I've had it for months and haven't been able to figure out how to best use it.
Really difficult to customize and make changes

Not free. I was excited to download the app but upon opening, learned that the financial management features require a monthly subscription of $6.99.
The app doesn't always work. I'll try to open it many times and it's just frozen.
Too slow.needs fixing.not ux friendly either on android at least. Scroll bar for assigning categories doesn't work well. Almost impossible to click.
