Doesn't work at all. Blank screen and buttons do nothing
extremely disappointed in this app. if you use it in map mode it's almost impossible to find anything because it's all clustered together in the city. If you use it in list mode you can find the plants you're looking for but there's no way to locate it on the map so both modes are almost completely useless.
Won't save my contribution. I wasted my time adding things that for some reason are not on the map anymore.

Paid money. Still can't create an account. Going to get a refund.
I created an account yesterday I haven't received a confirmation email (yes I checked spam/trash folder) nor can I login.
Not useful anymore, I paid for it but never was given any login info. Actual website doesn't appear to exist anymore. I guess I bought the actual app too late when people had mostly stopped using it?
Worst app ever I have lots of fruits around me nothing shows up
Could not get past the sign up screen. Account creation button was innefective.
Couldn't even get past the sign up page. The "sign up" button, after putting in my info, just existed. It wasn't clickable. So I couldn't even create an account. Refunded. Uninstalled.
Useless, sadly
The paid mobile app is worse than the free browser version. I'm in probably one of the best parts of the world for this thing, and I had to refund it. I downloaded in hopes of finding all the plum trees in the East Bay for a foraged jam-making event, but found the search far too specific (like, 10 cultivars of just the *European* plum, with no option to search a broader filter). Neither map nor list view has complete info, and they're impossible to cross-reference. I could go on...
The app doesn't even work long enough to sign up???
After installing the app on my Google Pixel 4a my phone began randomly restarting.
Wouldn't recommend spending money on this app. It's unusable. There are numbers of trees in the area but when you zoom in the numbers and pins disappear. Apparently there are only two fruit trees in the entirety of Wheaton. That's not only completely inaccurate but even with the app I can't figure out which two trees they are talking about. Maybe if more people were tagging the trees it would be better. Right now it sucks though.
Couldn't even use the app. After purchasing I signed up but it said my email was already in use when I tried to sign in. I double checked and triple checked that I was entering the information in the right place.
Cant get past the sign up page. It doesnt work so don't waste your money.
Not many updates for the price of the app. There is no tags within 50 miles of home
Could have been so much better. It's so frustrating and time wasting using this app. Its the first app I've paid for because I thought it might be worth it but its not. All the markers are the same colour and unlabelled until you click into it so if I know I'm looking for apples there's no chance of finding it easily. Also there's no opportunity for me to save something for later so if it took me forever to finally locate something on the map, I will not remember which one it is for next time
Don't waste your money. Major disappointment. I expected to create/update entries and remove those that are no longer valid. Nope. Can't do any of that. I expect more from something I had to pay for.
I cant even log into the app. Tells me password or email is wrong. Send reset link. No email ever turns up. Complete waste of money and time. So disappointed and angry!
Is this a scam? Signed up after giving up $4 was told I'd have to confirm info in an email, no email, not even in spam folder, cant sign in AT ALL, created another account with other email address, SAME RESULTS. dont buy cant reccomend an app that's just for taking $4.
I couldn't post anything in the app. Very unfriendly interface. The website is great so I'm sad this app doesn't work.
Pretty bummed. This app has been out awhile now and there's not many foraging spots on it. I'm in Colorado Springs and the only things showing are chokecherrys and apples? There's edible mushrooms, plants, medicinal plants and flowers all over the place. This WOULD be a great idea if there were knowledgeable people adding information to it. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money🤷♀️
WONT EVEN LET ME DOWNLOAD fix or I'm going to get a refund
Not worth the cost. All the posts areso outdated it feels like none of the trees listed exist anymore. I want a refund.
Sadly most posts are from 2015
seems it doesn't find or mark anything at all or no ones using it? the app is at this point worthless in Ohio I'm just not driving 30 miles for a crabapple. that's about all there is
Locked out at sign up. This app doesn't work. Thank goodness for refunds.
I spent $4 on this app and I can't even create an account to login. Something is wrong here.
just paid for this app and couldnt even sign up for a new account. the sign up button isnt even greyed out. it's just that nothing happens when i click it. how can i even use it?!
I like the service so I got the app. The app is worse than the online version. so many things are not there. I can't even give feedback on the app. Imagine I want to find an apple tree, there are like 50 kinds listed and I can only select one so the 10 apple trees near me don't show up. I also can't favorite certain places or yes so I can remember that they were good. I can't even find my own reviews in the app. Every entry needs to list the season when they are fruiting..most don't right now
Geniales Konzept. Für mich aber leider ein absolutes No-Go, dass hier Google Maps statt etwa OpenStreetMap genutzt wird.
This app could be SO much cooler if the devs would implement user's suggestions! No app updates since March 2023. Bummer.
Limited use and does not allow me to post trees. Whats the poin then. Some locations are on private property and tell you to ask talk to the owners
Free web browser has better functionality than the paid app. If you plan on using this in the field, I suggest you take a tablet and just use the Web version.
I like the idea, but unfortunately someone has added Dumpsters in my area (north raleigh NC). This makes it pretty annoying figuring out what is actually a good place to go harvest. I don't know how to leave a new review, so I just edit this one: used it for the first time today.-Spent a lot of time before heading out to find out what trees/bushes are actually bearing fruit currently. I wish I could sort by fruit /nuts that is supposed to be ripe that month in my area.
It doesn't have actual addresses. Just a pin on a map, but with no directions or approximate addresses, too difficult to find.
I signed up and saved email and password. Now when I try to login it says the name or password is incorrect. I have verified it is correct and cannot login to use the app.
The concept is really cool and I enjoyed the website but the mobile app is nearly unusable in it's current state. Refunded and uninstalled. Maybe I'll look into the app again later in the year if it's improved.
Great idea. Okay execution also. The only problem is the maps are extremely incomplete. None of the tropical fruit trees growing in public spaces in San Diego that I know of are on here. It seems like a lot of the entries may be the developers trying to make the map appear more throw than it is. I don't know
Good idea for an app, but I wish it wasn't cluttered with so many dumpster locations. I just want to know where to find edible plants, not support dumpster divers.
