Very disappointed with FamApp's customer support. My account has been stuck on "Aadhaar verification failed. You've exhausted all verification attempts." for several days, and I still cannot access my funds. I have contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving my issue, I only received automated replies that were completely unrelated to my complaint. No one has reviewed my case properly or provided a solution. Money is stuck in my account.
