It takes 30 minutes to go through clipping them,then when I go to the store the cashier rushes through so fast I don't have time to put my phone number in.Last night I had to keep the items I was buying in my arms,so I'd have time to enter my number.App needs work,so do employees.UPDATE: STILL SAME. App dont work

The store at 5947 E. 66th. Ave. in Commerce City has a manager Chris who is inappropriate and creepy.

Check nearby stores functions don't work on most items. It always has the message on the screen "an error has occurred, please try again later". That error has never been resolved since I started to use the app. I already setup a default store, but it always asks to select a store again when using that function.
won't let you reset password
Every since the update, it's as slow as can be, and logs you out while clipping things. it's trash.
Aside from there always being a "technical error on our end" whenever there is a decent coupon, none of the other coupons ring up at the register as advertised. Had a coupon for $2.50 off 2 malt-o-meal cereals, and at the register it gave me 50¢ off each. I'm uninstalling because I've never NOT had an issue trying to use the app, and the bait and switch is just not worth my time or frustration.

This is for the store in Italy, TX. I bought Breyeres ice cream today and it may as well been a turd log. was the darker brown and condensed and so gross. it's are far overpriced compared to DG and other stores in my area. I've never had a food quality issue like this before. I have worked for grocery chains and this was by far the worst item I have ever paid too much for. Employees are great btw! very friendly and helpful. With a dual DT/DG they need more help to cover quality control

worst app it is constantly crashing or it the for ever to load when you can an item. half the time it doesn't show then I have to take it up to the cashier and have to get a annoyed attitude for asking I see why they are losing business
It always freezes about five seconds after opening the app. If I am quick enough , I may be able to clip a coupon. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7.

There appears to still be issues.. Attempted today to confirm and same thing. For the past couple of weeks if I attempt to Clip a Coupon the system just does a rotating circle like it is thinking and then it appears that it never clips the Coupon. Made my purchases anyways at the local Family Dollar store and received no coupon savings, which confirms that the coupons aren't saving.....To add to this I attempted to clip coupons by logging into my account on the Family Dollar, it doesn't clip it.

takes forever to load and you can be looking at a product in store and unless you scan the barcode you will not find it on the app I have rarely been able to find something that I'm searching for that I know they have in store on the app example I saw a beautiful yellow dress that I wasn't sure what fit my daughter and I forgot to take a picture and I can't find it anywhere on the app but I know they have it in store I was there last night when I search dress they show me toilet paper
Just recently uploaded this app. I had it in the past it keep messing up so I uninstall it over a year ago. it still has my info. I need a new password and when I go to reset a new password it wont do it. it keeps telling me my time has run out. but it wont let me set up a new account either cause I already had a account. I guess I'll just keep shopping Dollar General that app runs just fine. family dollar thanks for nothing.
Works on phone but won't work on my computer if I sign in to my account.
