The worst album app I've ever used, and I tried Premium Pro, so I had all features. You can't make multiple albums, which is an unbelievable failure of basic functionality for an ALBUM app. Their "organization" system is a poor substitute for what are standard features in other apps. I can't believe the rating for such a feature-poor app. You can't even delete your album. You have to email them and hope they agree not to keep YOUR photos on THEIR system. Awful. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I can't use it. I can't start an account and it will only let me begin if I'm using baby pictures. this is just weird.
Okay so this app is a little deceptive bc I am not tech illiterate (but I guess I could be extra tired), and I see no option for using this for free. I'm not against paying for services, but I am against not being up front about that.

I understand that you have to make money, but almost every time in the last few months.. So will now be looking at other options for this now.
While it is nice to be able to see photos of my baby cousin, they absolutely SPAM you with marketing notifications and do not let you opt out. absolutely parasitic.

it will only let me create one album. I need more than one as some things are for one side of the family and some are for the other.
I'll be deleting my account. The app tells you that if you have a problem to contact customer support but the funny thing is there is no contact us or any other way to contact them in the app that I can find. that's the reason why I gave it one store because I was having problems and I couldn't find the support so I decided to delete even though I had just downloaded it.
It was a great app, then they decided to sell the pictures uploaded to the AI company Anthropic. Is it that hard to not be evil?
this app was amazing til they integrated with anthropic. a privacy first app that throws privacy down the drain now, useless.
Something funny about this app. Ask way too many personal questions.

Loved being able to share photos without having my kids on social media. now that they're using Ai for face scanning, I can't say that I'm comfortable with the app anymore
They've got us in and the app works well, but now the ads are coming. Starting st the top of the screen, now we are told they will be full screen ads, unless you pay. We chose family album over 'Back Then' app because of costs but now i wouldn't choose family album
crashes with multiple users. My wife sent me an invite and it just keeps closing and saying it has a bug and developers need to fix the issue. worked fine with 1 user but no matter how many times I uninstall and re install it wont work.
