Not being able to filter by child without premium is actually going to ensure I never give you money. I will not open this app to help you generate ad revenue until you roll that decision back.

You're bombarded with pop ups regularly from the moment you open the app
Do NOT download this app, they're liars and don't care about privacy!! Been a paid subscriber for more than 4 years. I will be leaving ASAP. This apps only selling point and supposed #1 value is privacy. Instead they have sold customers data and their integrity to include ads in free tiers and updated their privacy policy to include loop holes for them to sell your data to advertisers, which also includes all the data you are giving them on your children. What the hell is wrong with you!?
Was a great and cheap way of sharing photos. Loved it while it worked but no longer works with my Samsung phone. Shame.
It has been unuseable for months now. Everytime I open the app it freezes the moment I try to do anything. Stop with the push ads, it'll probably help. Edit: really, restart the device? You think I havent done that?
saw an ad for this app. installed it. in order to share with friends and family you gotta pay $6 a month. Google photos is cheaper. one of this apps free offers is getting 11 printed photos a month. I can get 85 free printed photos on Free Prints. summary: do not install this app. I recommend the Free Prints app and Google Photos instead
thought i could maybe use this for our pets since we dont have kids i couldnt even get padt the first page. awful. need to add a pets option.
Annoying adverts!
BEWARE!!! Your pictures are NOT safe here! I had the App for about 8 years or so, from before it was even called Family Album it was called Mitene. Even if you're an Account Admin, Other Account Admins can remove you from the Account, steal your access to your pictures and memories forever! It doesn't matter how many pictures you have uploaded! They are NOT safe! And the App Support says they can't do anything about it! If I uploaded them, I should be able to see them! DON'T USE THIS APP!

Great for the images I get to see of my family, except the ads very uncool for a family photo album app and they pop up constantly.
I've been a family album user since 2018 and I gotta say the fact that simple stuff like the decrease in video upload from 3 minutes to 2 is unfair, considering also this app is crashing HARD. Getting 'this app has a bug' message whenever I try to upload anything now is ridiculous - I have to delete the app and reinstall it only for it to bug out again every time. I get it that making money is the bottom line, feeling ripped off as a loyal user.
