it constantly requires me to put my email and password...what's the point having a pin for a quick access if it's not accepted?
Horrible Billing Issues, Worse Customer Service. This app DOUBLE BILLED everyone at our daycare. The developers were unapologetic, unhelpful, and unwilling to treat the situation with the required seriousness. Their mistake caused inevitable overdrafts and bounced bills, as well as unneeded stress. Regardless, they were completely non transparent and largely unavailable to take any questions. This is a garbage app run by uncaring people. Avoid if you can!
I find the app keeps logging me out, requiring me to enter my password each time - which it does not remember. So I have to go and find the password each time from my password manager

Some major UI/UX issues. why can't I scroll through photos in a post. it shows me 100+ photos have been added to a post, but upon clicking I can only see one photo at a time? It should have the option to scroll through the photos in the post, then I can click to enter the full screen view. please fix this it's very frustrating.
1 star until you added the very basic and expected functionality of being able to download images from messages in the app, 5 stars if you fix this
Both app and website flash up messages to add payment details or log off - so can't access either now for updates without providing payment details I don't plan to use.
I have no balance or payment tab. Not sure why, I have reinstalled and still nothing. Also seems to be always down by the nursery so they can't update

The app barely works, won't allow my wife to pay for the nursery on her app and when I pay on mine it takes it as setting up an automatic payment when I haven't and there's none set up in the apps.
The app is stuck on "setup payment method", if you dont wish to set it up you are blocked - can't see or do anything. This very annoying and even rude esspecially when it does not seem to be PCI compliant.
Deeplinking not working with app. Login link only opens the web browser. Should at least show the Intent Chooser Popup to all user to decide.
Option to turn off auto payments is not there. Notifications of auto payments is given as a message, directs you to balance to turn off auto payment. Nothing to change when there. Option to deactivate payment method is but that then locks you out the account. The android version of this app gives me notifications sometimes 20 mins later than the ios version
I have to forcefully shut it down as there's no way to exit. Also I have to add payment to use the app. very bad app and much worse than what the daycare previously used. Not happy but forced to use if I want to get updates about my kid. Negative five stars.
Currently seeing a pop up that forces me to add a payment method and I can't close it. App not usable.
Unable to reset password and login details, password reset isn't being sent to my email when I request it and the nursery have linked me in for a second time with no luck.

Just stopped working. It is very buggy and not good enough at all when you rely on a service like this to alert you to updates for your infant. I can't see any messages or my kids profile. The app and my phone have the latest updates. The nursery has tried to log me in and out again. It has been weeks!
Notifications can't be erased even though you have read the messages in the app. Support services didn't help either even if I contacted them.
I'm concerned about the attitude this app provider has around security especially as medical information is stored. They have 2FA functionality but dont even allow indivduals to access it, leaving the enabling of it up to the nurseries (their non technical customers). So myself and others cant even enable 2FA. They say i need to talk to the nursery directly about it?! Bonkers, if they have this attitude to just 2FA? Whats the rest of the platform security like?! Makes me very nervous.
Bitdefender is showing this app as a threat as it has "Malicious activity"!!

I have been given a Family account for my neice, i have made my account up but unable to see anything. Just a blank screen. Observations have been uploaded and i cannot see anything. The nursery is unable to identify what the issue is.

My son has been at various childcare setting and I've used 3 different apps/methods of comms and this one is the worst! Firstly, the navigation is not intuitive and looking at historical days/messages isn't easy. Secondly, the app doesn't seem to allow daily photos for the activities, so I'd get 60-80 photos posted at the end of the week and have to swipe through all of them to find the 15 with my child. Thirdly, the mass messaging of all parents with notifications from other parents! Why??
The new update isnt great when writing post or observation it jump down moving or deleting words. And trying to find old posts just really hard do not like the new date at all.

app consistently doesn't work. messages won't load or disappear. getting things to open can cause issues, you can't save videos. not a fan of this app at all.
worked well for a while but the print option for the observations does not work on Android and it doesn't show up at all on iPhone.

The ability to get notifications from this app has disappeared. It is no longer in my apps list that I can get notifications from. There was an update and suddenly it no longer exists no matter what I do.
