Scam!!! COLLECTORS STAY AWAY. They offer you a free rip pack to sign up but when you sign up no live host has these packs and doesnt know why they still offer this promotion. I know why its to get you to spend money like my dumb a$$!! Don't do it!! Avoid at all costs SCAM AND LIES

29 grand in... they took my money and never dleiver3d products banning the account after 2 months of purchase... be really aware this brand is fraudulent
I love using fanatics sportbooke and the regular merch app but if you're going to be buying cards or winning auctions from fanatics collect be ready to wait anywhere from 2 week to 3 months for your card to ship to you. there's no support system and if there is they dont answer. id rather stick to ebay where if I buy something they got 3 days to ship or the account gets a strike. I just want my card!! send me mu card fanatics
worst app. cant even register, otp not working. its been a month and their support is doing nothing. if i can rate negative i will give -10. worst experience.
this has to be one of the worst companies out there been light to multiple times paid for shipping and cards I bought purchased in the beginning of December and still nothing but they yesterday 15th of December and I was told I was going to get a 10-dollar credit and for the hassle and weights but guess what still no credit and they sent me cards they picked out of my vault the ones they wanted to send not even the ones I paid for I'm going to resell them be careful what you buy you might get

A Pokemon collector who buys from many platforms, this's e worst there is. Advertised platform that verify condition and authenticity of slabs before listing the slabs for sale. But they goes against what they preach. 80% of slabs ordered came with scratches (not on slab images) and some slabs were tempered, as I see dents/marks left behind by attempts to pry open slabs. Obvious rough handle of slabs which they say cannot be compensated. Meaning they can scratch slabs and send to you..
maybe ship without hidden fees i Uninstalled the app because I won multiple auctions get the shipped to me in canada and have to pay tarrifs taxes and border fees, cost my 50$ for the first time fees not to mention they charge you to ship it, second time I paid like 120$

horrible app
I recommend sticking with ebay for purchasing cards. They add so many fees after you win an auction it's insane. They make the buyer pay all fees, taxes, overcharge for shipping and credit card fees. A $210 auction ends up at $300 for the buyer
The app constantly makes you log in without remembering your credentials. Also it is pretty annoying to only be able to make bids in 1 bid increments. Even of you scroll to select a higher number it always just goes up by 1 bid. Very clunky app. This is a downgrade from my original rating. Please improve this app to function as well as when accessing the site via the web.
Fanatics Collect website, is so unbelievably difficult to navigate and there company is separated several times so contacting the "wrong" section leads to more complications and no help. finding your purchase history is nearly impossible and I was charged for an order then received a notice that it was an old listing and unavailable, now dealing with getting my finances back. can't say I recommend.
signed up got told I had a free £10, went to buy something and nope no free £10. deleted and uninstalled.
The platform is so bad max bids have never worked, you have to swipe a LOT in order to bid on any decent card, then there's a buyers premium in addition to the bid price. When you win an auction you can pay extra to pay with a debit card, or do a week long wire transfer, which delays you getting the card an extra week on top of the week it takes them to ship it. Then they don't even sleeve the slabs so they rub against eachother and scratch. Oh and they slap a sticker on it, so have fun. 0/100

Horrible app. It kicks you out of the app multiple times. I make the payment but gives me an error message. I bought two items and one gave me 5 duplicate charge and another gave 2 duplicate charge! You guys overcharged me by $501.50 and is refusing to refund me and having me wait despite my account being affected for close to a week now. I got bills to pay!
The app is unreliable with numerous bugs. Connecting ACH is okay, but only because it uses a third party to do so. The connected bank isn't properly showing when I check my settings. When I try to pay, one bank shows dupes because I tried multiple times to add. When I tried to pay, it kept saying error while trying to process, and now my bank is showing 4 large processing payments. The saved search is finicky. When I leave the app for a few minutes and return, it's logged out. Use web instead.
