I recently traded into some points on my Google Play points for Fandango thinking Fandango home. would be able to use this Fandango gift card there to buy a movie that I wanted and I couldn't because that Fandango gift card that I redeem my Google Play points for ended up being just for movie tickets and Fandango couldn't do nothing about it

This app is terrible. It hasn't worked smoothly in several months now. It has trouble loading up, trouble loading library, trouble making purchases, and trouble playing videos. It used to be great.
horrible app. I would not download it. I paid $30 for a movie that did not play. contacted support and got the run around. I still haven't received my refund
Now I understand why I didn't like this app It took my money after I tried by transformers as a bundle Then it told me something went wrong and not gave my money back to me Now I'm seriously over this out thanks a lot taking my money
dont buy anything physical you won't revieve it. its been a month. no shipping got an email asking for info and thats the last I heard of it. beware this company is a scam

So many ads its basically unusable. Reverted to buying direct from theater.
Only has option to play back movies in SD on a 4k TV with Google TV built in.
Yet another streaming app that crashes repeatedly, and requires you sit through another 6 ads every time you restart it. Also drops captioning and requires ads when you reset those. it's the same 6 ads and most of them are for Fandango, so now I despise this streamer on multiple levels. Good work, programmers. Hilariously, I gave up after about an hour of this (maybe 30 minutes of actual content) and uninstalled the app... but the movie kept casting. and it hasn't glitched yet. 😆
easily the worst app, ever
Still terrible.... Stop with the bots. This is a 2 star app at best. ALL of the recent reviews are 1 or 2 stars. This garbage app works maybe 10% of the time. VUDU worked perfectly, fandango is trash.

The app is slow and refuses to start when I select the movies I have paid for. Vudu was slow but not like this app. They took a great app VUDU and made it almost impossible to start movies from my store already paid for and asks for more money. Find another app to use. Dwayne from Union City, GA. USA.

The login button doesn't respond. No way to login to be able to use the app. I've reinstalled the app. Same problem.
This app, in a word, sucks. It disconnects constantly and it won't let me cast. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checking my network, etc. I can't even get it to work on the Fandango website.
This app has done nothing but go downhill since Fandango took it over. And now for more fun I can't even log in no matter how many times I reset the password. Figured it was only a matter of time before all the money I spent on movies stored here would just be stolen by this app. Don't bother, find a better platform and avoid this ripoff.
I cant even watch the movies I own in the app. It keeps giving me an option to rent or buy when I click on the movie in my library. Even when I press on that it just says "something went wrong". Another garbage app. Typical.

I purchased 3 diferant movies at a sale price. now the price has gone back up, and they illegally took the movies back and are refunding me the sale price. if I want MY movies back I have to pay full price, and repurchase. This is an illegal business practice. I have to contact the FCC and file a complaint. this company is a scam. I will update when the FCC investigates fandango's business practices. stay tuned for update. Do not get scammed stay away from Fandango.

No matter which platform I use, Google Play, PS5, and web browser, Fandango At Home does not have a "Add to Cart" or "Check out Cart" feature for purchasing multiple movies/shows. You can buy bundles to purchase more than 1 movie/show. If I want to buy another movie not part of a bundle I have to purchase it separately. It should have a cart of some sort in 2026.

They can cut scenes out AFTER purchasing. I have watch Pride and Prejudice on here multiple times through Vudu. They had the last scene with Elizabeth and Darcy kissing. But I just got done watching it and Fandago TOOK IT OUT. It is one of the reasons I bought it. So fair warning if you ever purchase a movie on here they can take scenes out apparently.
Uninstall & reinstall. This describes the app on Google tv right now :-/
