This has to be the worst casino in Ontario. Everything worked fine for a bit, but then for over a year, Interac stopped working for deposits. Everything would approve, but the money would be sent back, and support never helped or tried to help (they also have the worst support). After a timeout, nothing worked-no games, deposits, or withdrawals. All said to contact support, who did nothing. Eventually, my account got suspended for no reason and is now unusable. Trash casino, don't recommend
Stuck at the login and receiving an error. It was working for months and now will not get past the login page. Its this updated version that I can't login to. I It worked previously but no longer does. I used the app multiple times a day for months and now can't login.

I was one of many who went to participate in the March 29 promo to visit the FD truck at Maple Leaf Square from 4-7pm. I drove downtown, paid for parking and got to the Square at 3:50pm. There was no truck. I waited in the cold and even searched the area immediately around the square until 6:30pm. No updates on SM, app or email. Found out later the truck was at a completely different location! Complained to customer service. They dismissed me and my concern! Did NOTHING to make things right. 🤬
They make it instant to deposit, but the second you try to withdraw, they lock your account. They market "refer-a-friend" codes and then use those same codes as a "security flag" to hold your money hostage. It’s a predatory loop designed to keep your funds in the app so you’ll get frustrated and bet it back. Do not trust them with your moneygetting it out is a nightmare. They ignore their duty-of-care and rely on procedural chaos. 1 star.
