servers crashing, and regarding their reply... of course I already went through troubleshooting with their so called support gaslighting me into thinking it was my internet rather than their servers. Just overall, lackluster support who had all basically had the same could care less attitude.

The games take forever to load, and the customer service on FanDuel is nonexistent. I waited for over 30 minutes to speak to customer service with no response in the chat. Play somewhere else, and save yourself aggravation.

Cannot play a single slot game currently
Never again will I use them. Excuses after excuses after excuses to just hold on to your funds after telling them that making a account initially firm another email and then creating another one combine it with all other caauon accounts was not good enough a truthful response. So I did what I did and sent them an email to keep the change. I am never using this website. Playojo and OLG are much better now that I've played on those platforms....these guys I'll never ever recommend them to anybody
once upon a time there was a thing called winning from time to time and now it's known as not even getting some gameplay. just plummets account to zero and doesn't even offer a reach around

The live trivia has booted me out both times it's been available. The baseball trivia kicked me after 4 questions and love island trivia only let me answer 1. everyone on Twitter has the same problem so I miss out on the bonus what a waste of my time. Not professional I'd rather just visit a real casino after playing this app

one of the only casinos where I never have had a chance to win back my negative stats.. after YEARS of playing.. always giving me like ,20 cent to max maby once a year 60 cent to 1$ daily to play or the 20 free spins that don't win anything either.. I've had them give me in the past 50$ 20$ 100$ chips randomly where I log into and still instantly lose those too.. I've had a couple 100$ hits this year but I don't really like this one at this point.

This has to be the worst casino in Ontario. Everything worked fine for a bit, but then for over a year, Interac stopped working for deposits. Everything would approve, but the money would be sent back, and support never helped or tried to help (they also have the worst support). After a timeout, nothing worked-no games, deposits, or withdrawals. All said to contact support, who did nothing. Eventually, my account got suspended for no reason and is now unusable. Trash casino, don't recommend

I was one of many who went to participate in the March 29 promo to visit the FD truck at Maple Leaf Square from 4-7pm. I drove downtown, paid for parking and got to the Square at 3:50pm. There was no truck. I waited in the cold and even searched the area immediately around the square until 6:30pm. No updates on SM, app or email. Found out later the truck was at a completely different location! Complained to customer service. They dismissed me and my concern! Did NOTHING to make things right. 🤬
this app is good but stay away from fanduel poker stars they will take you money with out you even playing a game. no customer support there no one responds.
