I really liked this game originally, I paid for no ads. But now, there are quite a few issues, I have to shorten them to write them all. In game ads pop up constantly, & between upgrades to farm, makes it no fun. Forced to play the mining mini game, makes me use revives, can't complete every level first try by design. Music/sounds turn themselves back on, have to go to settings to turn them "on" & back off. Levels repeat always. I hope to see an update that makes this game only fun again.

fun, but bad experience. was on level close to 3500. had to replace phone. and now I cant reload previous levels. I have had to start over.
This used to be my favorite game to play but since the last update, they shove their self-ads down your throat non-stop. I have already paid for the game to stop watching adverts, but now, even mid-game, so many of their OWN ads pop-up, to get me to buy boosts or spins or farm passes for $3.99/week. Some across the top, bottom, a lot are FULL SCREEN so you can't play another round until the tiny x appears so you can close it 😑
Guess you're not listening to your gamers. Great game but you're not keeping up! 😢 It's getting really behind and dull.

game keeps closing out in the middle of playing and watching an ad for extra space and don't get extra space so I had to take another state away until fixed Had to take stars away you took away the ability to watch an ad to get a extra cell now you have to pay for it, not a good move on your part and not worth playing if you have to spend money to advance to the next level.
Don't do it unless you like ads. The new update is horrendous ad after every level, you need to click at least 4 different 'x's as it opens google play/app store to try and get you to download whatever rubbish its advertising. After 3113 levels of a great game its time to say goodbye 😢
Customer service sucks. They say they will help and do not. This is the second time in as many years that I have posted with no resolution. I love this game but it's getting impossible to continue playing. And now they've gotten greedy. Their greed will be their downfall.
Forces you to watch multiple ads! I've played this game for a couple of years and it's an enjoyable game. With the latest update, you are forced to watch ads on almost every round of play, which takes most of the fun away. I will be uninstalling the game.
no ads to win hints or help
they take in app purchases to a new level. you don't even have to be playing and it just makes them. it's made more then $100. I thought at first it was my grandson, but then I'm holding my phone I'm not on that game and it shows up on my debit card an online purchase many of them.
Your grab ads doesnt work. Please fix it. Can't watch ads to continue play.

I played 118 levels w/o purchasing bonuses or to remove ads. This game, like most others here, does not provide any instructions so you're fumbling trying to discern how to begin or continue. You're bombarded with ads for other games or to purchase for this game after EVERY SINGLE GAME. The screen is covered with options to buy bonuses. You can't get any FREE bonuses unless you buy the first bonus. The play does become a bit challenging, it's very small on the screen. PLAY WITH YOUR WALLET OPEN!

Suddenly quit working so I reinstalled it and lost all of my progress. Very disappointing.
Game is cute, but the ads that pop up to buy everything is annoying. If I want to buy something, I should be able to pick it. uninstalled.
I have played this game for a long time and thoroughly enjoy it...until lately. The ads and stupid surveys that lock up and will not clear for over a long period of time is way much. Ads I understand but when you play for 20 minutes and spend 10 minutes on ads that has gone to far.
I paid for the no ads. that doesn't stop them from CONSTANTLY begging for more money. their own ads for boosts, vip, this and that are a near constant bother. my god had i known that I wouldn't have wasted my money. its so damn annoying. Edit, it did not mention constant in game ads that constantly pop up when you're trying to play. Your own ads are more frequent than pop up and banner ads. its a scam.
good game but you lose your progress when you change phone which is very annoying
