Dissapointing, despite good first impression. Game is spamming menus, achievements, events and all sorts of menus before you even beging to play: up to 6 irrelevant to gameplay menus. why?? Gameplay is simple; get resources and produce goods to order. But just to get to that you will be constricted by money grab mechanics and unskippable tutorials, or event that cant opt out of. Rewards system is so all over the place, that it takes up to 20 minutes to get all of your "achivements" for playing.
The help and support option has always been useless. They insist I need to update the app which I have tried to do 50 times this week. There is NO UPDATE! problem has persisted for 2 years and the same response "we're working on it" which is obviously a lie still not fixed and no updates and now the game is crashing and freezing multiple times a day on different devices well you fixed it for about 4 days now it's broken again
I wish I could give it negative stars. constant pop ups and game adds. spent more time trying to ignore adds then actually playing
For all of the struggling that players do to watch 80 ads, because you won't fix the problems with the sit and spins and the messages of no ads available AFTER I just watched an ad, taking away one animal at the 65th ad and changing the 75 gems at 80 ads to 1k in coins sucks.

As long as you don't mind getting nowhere without spending real money. you're good, otherwise...plus they couldn't/wouldn't fix the geographical mix up of my location and wanted to charge me tax on purchases, but from a different state. NOT!

unusual issue with the in-game touch interface, it is non responsive on certain areas where it requires it. On the trading post it says to send a scout however that option is unavailable and you cannot exit that screen besides exiting the game completely; upon exiting the game and re-entry it goes through the same issues halting any game progression.
trading post button to confirm which helper you want doesnt work. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. tried multiple devices. since it's part of the demo I can't pass it so I can't play anymore. Unistalled the game.
stop updating....no space on phone it's becoming difficult to delete apps
After the last update on 4/21/26 I'm not able to load the game. I've done numerous troubleshooting, nothing has helped. Don't bother to tell me to go to Customer Support. I shouldn't have to go to such lengths to play a game. I will be uninstalling the game after writing this review.
Glitches out, expensive. Almost forces you to spend money.
tired of the side quests, the exotic farm is stupid along with all other side quests.. I HATE that the stupid purple tree has to be on my farm.
unable to continue with the game since sanctuary been added...as it only allows you to go there and then freezes

I had hoped they had resolved this issue by now (I deleted the game last time due to this issue after they upgraded it!). sadly it would seem others are still having the same problem too!
game keeps freezing on my Samsung tablet....I have to keep exiting and restarting. it's not fun
