new app update is very disappointing I can not tell how many points I have bank to convert in to fuel or store discounts I know i have $4 off in store for .20cents off fuel but can only convert $1 dollar off at a time. can still only get the big cents off once a week. update makes it harder to get to the $2.50 off that is advertised. will automatically use discounts instead of letting you select no, if you don't want to. playing the games in app to earn point but can not convert the point to use
Ever since the recent update if you want to use your points as FasBucks you have to hit convert for every dollar. I had $16 worth & had to tap convert 16 stupid times to convert it. Like who are the idiots updating the app? That's the dumbest thing ever!
Multiple times I have purchased items to get cents off on gas and yet the promotion never gets added. Bought items specifically to get the 50 cents off reward, scanned the barcode at checkout, and nothing.
what a garbage app this is now! it was Ok when it first came out but now?....holly Molly! I didn't know you could mess things up this bad. I deleted my account and the app... congratulations on whoever made this, you deserve a price for the worst app developer of the year!

the newest update is awful! before you were able to actually see how much you had off per gallon or how much fas bucks you had and now you're only able to see your total points. and when you try to convert for gas it does it in 5 cents off increments.
Had new app for a couple of weeks now. Still can't sign in or reset password. Only app I've ever had that won't accept being populated from bitwarden
terrible update, update locked me out of app, requesting password reset has been unsuccessful, creating new account is unsuccessful because it recognizes my phone # tied to account i cant reset password on.

This app/program is a scam. Many stores don't give you points. If you do get points they expire very quickly. They don't explain any of this - you are left wondering where your points went. Avoid fas mart gas stations..
Was an amazing app and with the new forced update it has become an absolute nightmare to navigate much less find ANYTHING LITERALLY!!!! It's absolutely horrendous!!! before EVERYTHING was at a glance and right there in front of you. Now it's poke, jab, pinch, tab, swipe, scroll, jab, swipe, tab just to find out you have wasted five minutes doing nothing and accomplishing even less!!!
literally the worst app ever. I now have like seven accounts with various Google numbers because you can't log in once it logs you out and you can't use the same numbertwice. it is AWFUL.
update took away all my rewards
Update the App, then can't even log in. reset password and did the email thing... still nothing. It wont accept old or new password. Guess points are lost. Complete B.S.
this new stuff is bugging out, it's just not working. I can't get into my account at all, the old app worked fine
it done the update but it also took my points and funds in my wallet. the old version was so much better
App update is horrible. Took forever to get into it because it kept telling me my password was wrong, even though I reset it. It doesn't tell you how much your points are worth if you convert them for gas or fast bucks. which it did in the old app and it was super nice. All you had to do was click on the one you wanted right on the main screen. Plus it's super super slow. Not sure why places feel they need to "upgrade" their apps when the one they have is just fine. It usually isn't an upgrade

it's dumb that in order to even use your point you have to fool with this app. it was so much better when all you did was use your card or phone number and the points just came off.
I updated and it's still the same and tells me I have to update. app is very slow and issues. I even uninstalled and the same problem. please correct this.
I cannot even register. each time I go through whole process, then it makes me start over, Ten times, just want discount on stuff in store. This is the third time I've tried. I also called number on card store gave me. Always tells me to go somewhere else then always answering machine. I have never been this frustrated with an app. May as well uninstall it. I will find another place to get coffee. To heck with this.Zero stars

Woof. Horrible app interface...the entire software design is an eyesore, as well as the app itself seeming barely functional. Y'all need to get a new app developer...this is awful...

App is clunky. Rewards aren't actually honored. Never once got 3 Mountain Dew for $6. No responses from cashiers on site or from "Contact Us" form on app. Deleting app and discontinuing patronage.
app doesn't work right. not getting discounts or the free stuff anymore. age verification screen never loads. I really wish the app worked. love the stores, but the app is pure garbage. they are NOT interested in giving stuff away, just having another app on your phone to steal data to sell and make them money.

After downloading the app and was installing it, the pop up about 24/7 wherever you are tracking, by the app with no ability to turn off any parts of said tracking was the deal killer for me. App tracking should be set for when using the app i.e. pulled up to get gas and opened the app to pay. UNINSTALLED it. My personal data, where I'm going and where I've been is worth more to me than .10¢ per gallon.
worthless piece of junk app doesn't even work. I don't get any of the deals ever, the app gets stuck on "age verification" and freezes up. going to uninstall and not shop at these locations anymore because the deals are just lies.

Won't let me sign in I've tried numerous times and called. I can't get my birthday bonus or any of my other bonuses etc like verifying my age to get that two dollar bonus

in my opinion this app and company sucks! I stopped at one valero on valencia and campbell in tucson and none of the gas rewards I have purchased have worked, like the 2x bang drinks and get 50 cents off gas and the Gatorade deal.even the clerks are at a loss of words I felt so bad for them here in tucson, az. also the touchscreen on the pump doesn't work either so you have to go in, I also noticed the gas price is jacked up like in my case it was 27 cents higher than everywhere else in the area

This app is HORRIBLE!!!! It has never worked for me. I even trashed my card and got a new one and that still did not work. I get totally frustrated when stopping by the store. I miss out on all promotions, dollars off and much more! I stand to the side when checking out and when the cashier is done with customers she and I work forever trying everything we know to do and it still does not work. I am beginning to think that I should go to another store and forget about what used to be my favorite
Could be a data collection scam. Gave this app my personal info to create an account now the app won't let me log into the account that I just created. Tried creating another account using the same info but the app says my account already exists.
app rarely loads and isnt as user friendly since the update. employees at my local store did not know how to use my fuel discount. I decided to go somewhere else for fuel.
