I have been a loyal owner of your watch for a long time, and overall, the watch itself works great. However, I'm extremely disappointed with the recent decision to lock analog watch faces behind a premium subscription. These watch faces were previously available for free, and now users are suddenly expected to pay for features they already had access to. Why are you trying to charge a premium for everything? It feels like you're taking away existing features just to force users into paying more

Faulty product and useless customer service
price tags 💔😡😡😡just updated this app hoping to get some good experience or may be some new watch faces but I found a price tags which too on old watch faces can't believe it I don't know how they got this poor irritating idea off adding a price tags if it's necessary atleast provide it with new watch faces so we might think about it that too is wrong cause brand should provide watch faces with updates time time after all we purchased a smartwatch please think about it and remove this price t
I strongly recommend switching to another smartwatch brand. Most of the watch faces on FastTrack are paid, while many competing brands offer watch faces for free. Even the free watch faces available are very limited and not satisfying. A smartwatch should provide good customization without constantly asking users to pay extra. Because of this, I have decided to switch to another brand and would recommend others consider alternatives that offer better value and free watch face customization.

I bought a Fastrack Jupiter Smart Watch yesterday. I was unable to pair it using my phone number, so I logged in with my email ID instead. However, the firmware update is not getting completed. I have already followed all the required settings in the app, but the update is still not happening. Kindly help me resolve this issue
Watch setting not available, wrist turn display mode not working

app is not woking properly, my watch is tracking my steps count but the app is not able to update the steps count data. Data of sleep etc. is being updated on the app, so there is no problem with bluetooth connectivity or permissions
the custom watchface not installing and show that not have enough space so I just deleted all watchface and then still showing this
