price confusing. thought it was $14.99 monthly. its weekly. I thought I canceled but got charged again. I think I just canceled. I hope I dont get charged again. I only sent 1 fax and Ive been charged $14.99 2 times. Id like to be refunded for at least one of those charges, if not both.

Not free. Get freaking real at 14.99 a week. You are absolutely laughable. Nobody in 2026 needs to send enough faxes to pay you 14.99 a week. Maybe try closer to what your service is worth and not what you think it is. As if I would actually pay you to sell my data like every other shady company.

You go to all the effort and at the end you have to pay. Should not appear on the list when you specifically search for 'free' apps.

I tried multiple times to upload and send my documents and then it says that it takes 40 minutes so over an 8-hour course it tried at least eight times and did not send my documents. I don't recommend this app at all. I just disputed my charge and I'm trying to get a refund because this app does not work. also it's not free as advertised. hence the reason I had to pay $16 after tax for one week.

This app is a scam, it doesn't send your Fax. Just takes your money, they also won't give refunds for fraudulent activities on your account.

Gotta pay for it. Pass. Response... Yeah, no. I never said it didn't work. I didn't try a "test" fax. The problem is I gotta pay. I'll just use a different free app to fax.
they automatically renew and offer no refunds. it's not easy to cancel or obvious that you have auto renewal and it's 15$ every ten days. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!

charging me when I didn't want it
I am being charged 35.00 and can't find how to unsubscribe. I can't find how to cancel. when I original tried this app I followed the instructions at the end of the trial and it wouldn't cancel. it's not worth it for periodic home use.
way over priced and no free sends. deleted it right after installing
warning! used the trial to fax a few papers to disability determinations, and none of them went through. I tried 3 separate times. after 4 days, I canceled the service. today, I woke up to them charging me for a full year of service AFTER I CANCELED 3 DAYS AGO! (i still have the cancelation email). i asked for a refund and they told me they have no control over it and I'll have to talk to go through Google. so not only does their app not work, they steal as well.
