it was easy to sign up but very hard to cancel
Absolute trash. Paid $5.39 to send a medical document and it wouldn't send and tried to get me to subscribe and pay again after already signing up for the subscription to get the document faxed. Called the office and they didn't receive either of the ones I sent. Total waste of time and MONEY.
This app is very difficult to cancel. Be sure you understand their billing practices!!!!!!
horrible experience, Do not put in payment info, they took 3 payments from me even when I cancelled one method, they stole a weekly payment two more times by hitting my back up card. Removing the app will not stop the charges. Try to dispute charges and the online process times out. who can justify paying 6.00 a week for a fax service in today's online world. No one would pay this so they just steal from any sucker who tries to use their service, miss the 3 day trail canceland the trap isplaced

You charged me after less than 24 hours... Wasn't the trial stating 3 days of trial use before being charged? Hard pass on generic answer. More troubling of all is that Google let you charge me for zero dollars within 24 hours. Why would you ghost charge my card within a trial period? Hmmmmmm.
Slash free faxes but then asks for payment but all payment options are unavailable so waste of time

would have been great to receive a confirmation that my fax has actually gone through but seriously you don't provide me with this information the fact that you charge a ridiculous price and you can't confirm a fax has been delivered I don't think you're app is truly honest at all. I honestly believe your app is truly garbage. Most apps allow you to test it first on top of it when adding documents they don't black them out this isn't the Epstein files or JFK assassination files. So what gives!

I used this app one time and now I am being charged on a regular basis. I contacted them, but no response. I can't find a way to cancel it either. It was useful when I needed it, but I wouldn't have used it had I known
